  1. The Buick Grand National GNX would do it for me. Only 547 built, and an outstanding looking ride. Man thats a tight ride!!
  2. We have one as well. Bought it new in 01? (I think) Good bike. It was my oldest sons for a bit till he moved into a Banshee, than my youngest sons' until he moved into a shee. Now it is just sitting. I put a Toomey pipe and filter and oil injector block off on it as well as a V-Force II and it ran pretty good. That Blaster you're looking at with a 240 kidt should go pretty good. Just a bit of advise, My youngest guy was 12 and 80 pounds with rocks in his pockets when I moved him up to a Shee. You may want to think about just skipping the Blaster, being that he knows how to ride and is a good sized kid, and moving him into a Banshee. He's probably gonna wind up there in a year or two anyway.
  3. Wasted weekend for sure. Rasslin takin everything up. I was ready to roll, the oldest didnt get home till after 4/p. It starts getting dark at 430/p. 7 friggin hour wrestling practice. Oh, well, thats why they kick ass in wrestling I guess.
  4. I would guess with the temp change your pilot and or needle jets need some tuning.
  5. 33 PWKS or 35 air strykers. I have the 33's with a drag port, CPI's and it flat out hauls.
  6. Anybody have one of these? 180 bux on e-bay.
  7. Gettin some 315/75's (35's pretty much) on my 1500 Dodge in a week or so. Should look pretty good.
  8. Hey bud, not to be a dick but use the search function in here. Just type in "carb sync" and find the method that is best for you. Its been gone over a bizillion times. Good luck.
  9. Hmm, this weekend? The boys have rasslin practice Sat in the am, what time and what day are you all thinking about going out? Lemme know.
  10. I have no personal experience with TDR. However Jeff aka FAST in here as well Jim from Passion racing do a good job. Talk to them.
  11. CPI is another viable option for you. Great pipe, outstanding fit and finish and a bit more low end than Shearer.
  12. Actually with the stock set up, if the filter is secured properly, remember its secured by the lid, it wont come loose. If its not secured properly, and you will not know if its secured or not, thats when you will suck sand, dirt, water, whatnot into your motor. Get K & N's or a pro design filter plate, or even a Toomey 2 into 1 as your first mod. Good piece of mind.
  13. for mid to top power I would suggest a GORR port, T-5's, 30mm carbs, noss cool head with 18cc domes, some Razr rear tires, lightned fly wheel and advance your timing +4 degrees with a Ricky Stator adjustable timing plate. You can wait till your top end goes to port it, the other bolt ons will really improve your ride! Welcome to the HQ.
  14. It'll be like night and day. Now the real insanity starts. You will NEVER EVER BE HAPPY AGAIN with your ride. Next up will be porting, carbs, smaller domes, race fuel, extended a-arms, extended axle, extended swing arm, painting your plastic, buy another shee, do it all again, AND AGAIN!! IT NEVER FRIGGING STOPS!! Ahem, Sorry. Thats what happened to me.
  15. Hey bud, and welcome. THE best site there is, right here, in one neat lil package.
  16. If you want top end the list should go something like this: 1. CPI 2. Shearer 3. T-5's From what I have heard CPI has a bit more low end than Shearer. T-5's are a good pipe for stock motors and work well with porting. Shearer has more top end than the other 2. I have T-5's on 1 of my Shees and CPI's on another. I love both pipes, CPI's on a ported motor is the shit though.
  17. man, that looks just like the one i traded to nyuk. they are good little bikes.
