  1. Got a seat in great condition from Braxton. He confused the price that was negotiated. I was out 25 bucks. He answered my e-mail and shipped the money that was owed promptly. Thanks.
  2. Top notch guy to deal with. Tracked my package and knew it was at my door before I did. Would deal with again in a heart beat. A real credit to the HQ!! Thanks again Dave.
  3. I've got a set of SST's with power core 2's I'd trade you and I'll throw in some cash. Pipes in good shape. Pics if you want.
  4. If its a stock air box the lid holds the filter on. No lid, no filter.
  5. Ive had both on the 99. Its stock with T-5's, v-force and a cool head with 20cc domes. I put pods on at the beginning of this riding season and jetted accordingly. I noticed a pretty decent performance gain and like what was said before the carbs are much easier to work on, jetting, syncing etc. If all you ride is sand then you made the right choice going to pods. Just run outerwears and clean them every ride or 2, you'll be fine.
  6. Thanks. PM me your addy and I'll send out the check today.
  7. Have you tried it out? How does it work? If the offer still stands I'll take it off your hands for my 01. Thanks. Bob
  8. I run 33 PWKs on two of my shees. Both are ported. Great carb. When you get the cub just sell the 33's and move on up.
  9. Stumpys in Neptune does pretty good work. As far as prolites go I have them in my 99 for 2 seasons now and we beat the crap outta that bike. No problems.
  10. I just looked at a 1999 29' Pursuit motorhome. No slides, 20,000 miles, 44 hours on the generator. Ford V-10 motor. Everything works, no leaks. Great looking unit. 25K. Any knowledge with this particular model? Is the price too high?
  11. When I ran that set up on my 99 we ran 310 mains, no lid, stock pilots, dynojet needles (the ones Toomey gives you) on the middle clip. Ran great.
  12. When my 99 had the air box with the pro design plate I ran a 310 with no lid. Ran strong. If you can go with some pods. Pretty nice improvement.
  13. I have 21 cc domes. 100 bucks shipped with 18cc domes, COD and you have a deal.
  14. next few mods should look something like this; 1. Better rear tires, for the terrain you're rididng/racing in. (I think you'll notice the most performance increase with better tires than the below listed mods) 2. Cool head with 20cc domes (if you want to mix race with super, 50/50 mix) if not 21cc domes 3. lightned fly wheel 4. adjustable timing plate. This should set you up till you do a port job, bigger carbs, longer swinger and the list goes on.
  15. Disconnect your TORS and parking brake. Rip your carbs off, clean and sync 'em. Is the tube that connects both carbs connected? Verify that it is. Throw new plugs in and make sure they're gapped correctly.
  16. Crib looks outstanding John. Nice bike in the back. What are you gonna ride when the youngster is riding the mini raptor?
  17. Your probably right John, and I felt about 30 years older after the whoopin that day.
  18. I was on here a few days ago and someone on here builds custom swingarms in several lenghts with 3 colors to choose from. Anybody have the link? Thanks.
  19. Yes. Sounds like your clutch is slipping.
