  1. I don't think they have anything going on right now. At least I havent got anything since theire Christmas special, which is now over.
  2. Ohh man, I had that a couple of months ago. Your bearing(s) probably took a shit in the carrier, it then lets the axle rock front to back and side to side inside the carrier. I'd take them apart soon otherwise youll fuck up the sprocket, chain, and youll porbably be buying a new axle.
  3. Yeah, you should be able too. It's tough sometimes because most of the partouts, in the north east anyway are usually raggedy looking bikes. If the bike looks decent it usually sells whole here. It's gonna be pricey to ship too.
  4. That blows, you can't even tell what kind of bike that was/is. That is the risk that you take when you ride on public roads in the now at night. Not saying i don't do it, but I do know the risks.
  5. :yelrotflmao: That's a good one for anyone who works in an office.
  6. Bump for ya, they show up on e-bay from time to time, but are tought to come by. You almost done with your project bike yet? I thought you had it up and running already?
  7. I was thinking about selling my wisdom teeth on e-bay. I still have all 4 somewhere.
  8. Happy New Year! Hope this one is even better then the last for everyone!
  9. Hands down (no pun intended) Powermadd. You can pick them up brand new off flea-bay fairly cheap.
  10. Nice! Ive wanted to get up there for a long time, I had some buddy's head up a few years back, and they raved about it. I run Boyesen Rad Valves on my bike too, awesome reeds, they don't really add extra power, they do seem to change the curve though, I like them better then the V-Forces for trails. It's awesome to see a lot of guys still runnign trail shees. Ive ridden eveything under the sun, and I still think, that while a banshee may not be the fastest through the trails, it is hands down, the most fun bike to ride. I also have no problem keeping up with any of my buddies on 450s, 660s, or 700s. A Banshee can also be bought and built for thousands less then other newer bikes. A lot of people that spent "big bucks" on newer bikes try to knock them a lot for their age, suspension geo, etc. But I guarantee most of them never rode one.
  11. I just got a PS3 for Christmas. I was thinking about picking up this game, the commercials make it look awesome. My PS3 came with Motorstorm, which is pretty awesome too. If it doesn't have the Banshee in it, I don't know though...
  12. Bought some parts off him, got them yesterday, they look great!!! Thanks Dave!!
  13. Nice! Looks like some quality stuff. Got any more info on that rear Brembo? Does it need a special bracket. I still don't think the cheetah is such a good idea, but otherwise, the bike looks bad assed!
  14. Youll be sorry. :yelrotflmao: Good luck bro, I hear ya, gotta switch it up, I have a feeling youll be back on a shee in a few years tho.
  15. HOS HOS HOS, merry christmas. :yelrotflmao: Let's see if Santa brings me the Torch Works Rad I need to finish my build.
  16. Damn Chase, not the greenie!!! Hows that new build comin along? Free bump for ya.
  17. Sweet, you'll be able to ride a lot longer!! I have IMS tanks on both my bikes, and none of the OS tanks really look that good, but I can ride all day long on my 5.6 IMS, it's nice, especially because it can be a PITA to mix out on the trail, and some of these 4 strokers can run all day on a stock tank.
  18. Damn, all this 4 stroke bashing. I'll ride anything with 2, 3, or 4 wheels. Shit, Ive blasted around an an LT80 before. A few of my buddies have 450s, and they are pretty quick. I just can't see spending 7-8k for a brand new bike, when you can pick up a shee for 1500 around here, and turn it into a basically a new bike that's pretty sick for 3k more. A lot of people call them old technology, I prefer proven. The bike's been around for 20 years, means they did somethin right. I'm not big on new technology, because, as with the early YFZs(and Windows Vista), and who knows what with the new ones, they have A LOT of mechanical kinks to be worked out. But hey, some people honestly like 4 strokes better, shit, if I did, I'd spend the extra loot for one. Ohhhh yeah, congrats on the win. Anyone that talks shit like that deserves to get beat.
  19. Awesome, nice bro!! I've always loved your shee, it's friggin sweet.
  20. Bump for another NJer. Good lookin' bike.
  21. Obviously everybody's going to have different preferences on wheels, just like pipes and pre-mix oils. I bought a set of hipers for my trail beast, and there were 3 big things that drew me to them. 1- Everybody I have talked to that ran them said they will take a major ass kicking. 2- If you do manage to break them, there wheels come apart in pieces, an inside half, an outside half, a billet hub section, and of course the rings, you can easily replace just the part you break. 3- They are by far the lightest beadlocks availible. Of course they are heavier then a .125 Aluminum wheel, but that's an unfair comparison. If you need beadlocks, these will be the lightest out there. Anyone will tell you reducing the unsprung weight(wheels and tires, etc. is going to be an easy way to gain extra power. Also, Hiper used to make non-beadlocked wheels for flat trackers, pretty neat idea, and definately a lot lighter if you don't need the bead locks. Here's a pic of the ones I got with Holeshot HDs on my bike:
  22. Wow, and some people say the IMS tanks look bad.
  23. Here's those pics yous guys have been wantin' to see: :yelrotflmao: Nah, for real, I'd love to see it done, but I don't know man. Who was it, Travis Pastrana? tried for years on a dirt bike, and he had professional ramps and a shit load of crews workin' with him. I can imagine this being a lot harder then it sounds.
  24. Nah, I think he's saying Laeger and Works because it has a Laeger swinger and works suspension. Looks like it's all in decent shape, but damn 1100 for a J-Arm frame, even with the works and Laeger stuff.
