  1. Sounds good dude, actually I was only asking 30 last time so I'll even go down to 30. I'm sendin you a PM.
  2. Hey, what's up? I have a brand new Bilet Impeller from Torch Works, never used, never even opened the package. Best offer takes it! MO preferred, paypal sucks but I'll take it if I have to.
  3. Standup dude!! Delivered as promised, air box was in brand new shape, just as stated. WOuld definately buy from again!!
  4. Nice, nice, that's some nice info there. I won't be ditching my dual 28s anytime soon, it's nice to have that extra punch on the long parts of the trails, and I can't complain abotu the low end running with the PT mids.
  5. Bump for ya bro!! John is an awesome guy to deal with. He PCed my frame, and the quality is top notch!!
  6. I'm not 100% on the theory of it, but from what I know it basically helps to equalize the pressure between the two intakes, so say one carb slide is a little higher, the pressure in the intake is affected, but the crossover tube helps to balnce it out, and the bike will run like the carbs are synched better.
  7. Damn chase, I can't beleive nobody picked this up yet. This frame could make a bike into a panty dropper for sure!!
  8. Hell yeah, definately a worthwhile upgrade, expecially for trails. I scored mine for 50 bucks for a clean set with good pads.
  9. I think he means dead beat bidders.
  10. Bad plugs, wires, and acoil can make the bike idle like shit. But they usually also cause the engine to break up in the higher RPMS. If you have premix coming out of your pipes, there are a number of possible causes, most likely your rich on your jetting. Post up the specs on your bike in the jetting forum, and we can helpyou get the mains on pilots on spot.
  11. Yeah, people have plugged up the holes. As long as your very confident in your jetting it won't make a difference bad or good. I left the stock crossover on my bike, but I know people who run without.
  12. Go for the torch works one. They are awesome guys to deal with, and they make a great product. They do everything in-house so their prices are right. http://www.torchworks.net/water_pump_impeller.htm
  13. Hell yeah, it's damn near 10% if you take paypal on shit, shit, I dont blame you for only takin MOs, I might start doin that too.
  14. Sent ya a PM on the air box, bump for ya!
  15. Really?? I didn't hear about that. That is complete bullshit. I try to sell stuff on the boards I visit, and use flea bay as a last resort. They chased me away long ago with their dumb ass policies. Haven't seen you around in a while.
  16. Hey, what's up? I have a set of LRD adjustable pipes, that are no longer made, and I was wondering if anyone wants to trade for a set of Toomey T5s? The LRDs are in decent shape, they were trail ridden so the chrome doesnt look great, and there is one dent where the adjustable pieces go together, but it doesnt affect performance, and you can't see it when they are mounted up. Here's a few pics, I can snag some more later. These pipes can be adjusted so that the header part is longer, more low end, or shorter, more top end. I have them adjusted pretty far out now ecause it was trail ridden, but they are easy to adjust. Silencers are included also. I'm really looking for a set of T5s, any kind of finish, just not a whole lot of dings. PT Mids, any finish, T6s, with a good finish, or any FMFs with a good finish, just not SSTs. Thanks for looking!!
  17. Bump for a local New Jersian!! I have abuddy that might be interested, lemme check for ya.
  18. Damn, I sold a set of FMF Gnarlys for $100, and that was with silencers. You can find better deals then that on here.
  19. Thanks for the info. I hate using RTV on pipes. I take my bike apart fairly often, and the shit makes such a mess. ALso, it takes 24 hours to setup, I like to be able to wrench and go. But, I'll make due, I heard the PTs are great trail pipes.
  20. Lookin' good bro!!! The red rings really look good on your bike.
  21. Hey, what's up? I was wondering, for those guys running PT Mids, is there an o-ring or something that is supposed to go inside the flange where it mounts to the Engine. The stock o-rings definately won't fit in there, and it looks like there is a bit of ridge where an o-ring would fit in nicely. Thanks!!!!
  22. Damn, I knew somebody was going to have to pic that up soon. He was practically giving the thing away. That's going to make for one awesome bike. Good luck, and congrats!!!
  23. :yelrotflmao: What color Oury grips you got?
  24. Bump for ya bro, Duncan does some nice stuff, that bike is done right. To be honest, if you part that beast, youll get damn close to wht your asking, Shees just arent bringing the $ they used to. Unless your on the west coast.
  25. Believe it or not, there is a reason dirt bikes have a twist throttle and quads have a thumb. On a dirtbike you grip the bike with your legs, so it's not that important to grip the bars. Whereas on a quad most of your grip is through your hands on the bars. Theoretically, the thumb works much better on a quad, you have more grip on the bike, and more grip = better control. I had a twist on my bike, and it was fun, but it can be tough, and less forgiving in some technical sections. I went with a Terry Cable dual gasser on my build, and that's really the best of both worlds. They run like $100, so if you have the dough, I'd say go for it, even if you only use the thumb, it at least looks better then stock.
