  1. Hey, whats up? I took these off the bike I'm parting out. The flywheel should be good, its not mangled up, and the tabs look perfect, and the magnets seem strong. I didnt get a chance to check the stator, it has the ground plug cut off, and the bike had electrical issues before I parted it. It may still be good though, dont have time to check. $35 shipped for both or make an offer. MO or GayPal
  2. DGs are really old school, like somebody said most of them were sold when the shee first came out. After that, not so much. Ive always been temptep to try a set, but never even seen any for sale. Did you try flea bay??
  3. Damn, that dude got Pwned. Some funny shit there, I like the one where he switched the father and sons heads.
  4. Im not sure how great that thing would be in the woods. But for 5k Id grab it just to have it sit in my garage.
  5. Dont have your #, call me anytime today after 6pm, 908-552-1528. Most of this stuff is off the bike now, and is , on ebay or soon will be http://motors.shop.ebay.com/merchant/goodz417 . But I do have some stuff left though. (Plastics, frame, pipes, most of motor, swinger, etc.)
  6. Very very sad to hear, especially at such a young age. Its a dangerous place out there....
  7. It is.... Helluva price too, you dont even wanna know what that bike would cost to build new if you could even get him to do one.
  8. 330271310121 I got a pair on ebay in great shape for half that price shipped.
  9. Any good deals on assless leather chaps in XXXL? Thanks for the heads up brah! RMATV has some good sales, they stopped sendin me shit in the mail.
  10. True, offer him 2k, he'll probably meet you in the middle at 2200. Times are tough, and I need money, got any extra? Send it my way.
  11. The name is misleading, PT mids are actually a low end pipe, they have decent mid, but the T5s will be better. Try an FMF SST or PT High Revs for a good mid range pipe.
  12. $100 come pick it up along with those tanks and fenders. Got the install instructions too.
  13. Definately not cheao rims!! Hipers with tires cost more then tires and wheels for my Toyota.
  14. Ill keep it in mind if I dont get any other offers. Shippings gonna be at least $25 though.
  15. Bump for ya bro!! Bought some carbs from thid dude, no worries here!!
  16. Are the rims you have now bad? If not, why cant you just buy tires and mount them yourself? Tire irons cost about $10 for a pair, and you can brake the bead if you have a truck. Do just 2 wheels a day, or even 1 a day, and its not that bad. If you have good rims thats what I would do. Ive changed many a old tires with nothing but tire irons a truck and some elbow grease.
  17. Clymers lists a weird way to do it, with an old flywheel puller, and different people use different ways. Ive had a lot of luck with the 2 jaw puller. You can buy a 2 jaw puller at Pep Boys or Vator Zone for like $20, and youll probably use it again. Get the smallest one you can find so you can fit it in there. You might be able to find someone to PC them here, its just really really tricky, so I wouldnt have it done unless the person absolutely knows what theyre doing. As far as paint, Im not sure, Ive never painted any stockers, but I have used Rustoleum Hammered on other parts and it turned out pretty good.
  18. How old are they?? Sounds like your ball joint is worn out. If its aftermarket a-arms you can buy another ball joint, if its stockers youll either have to buy one with a good ball joint, or try to make this one last a little longer. Heres what Ive done to rig it up: If you can get a small clamp in there and press the ball joint against the spindle it should provide enough friction to keep it from spinning, and you should be able to tighten it up. If you can't even do that then you will really need to think about replacing the ball joint. You can also try getting it started, and once you get a little bit of thread past the nut, hold it with a vice grip to keep it from spinning. This is not the best bet, and your kinda pushing it at this point though.
  19. You need a Clymers my man!!! They arent bad though heres a list of what all needs to be done as far as I can remember. I wouldnt powdercoat them though, youll toast the ball joints. Paint would be your best bet. Anyway: Remove the wheels (obviously) Take off the caliper, 2 bolts on back side Take off the hub, 1 bolt on outer side Pull the ball joints, a 2 jaw puller works the best Take the bolts off of the frame, should be 3 on each side total for J-arms Take off the shock and you should be good to go. Clymer can probably explain it better and has pictures to guide you along.
  20. Looking for a Billet water pump cover, preferably just blank with no logos or designs, but Im open. I have anything Banshee related to trade, Im parting out a bike so whatever parts you might need just lemme know. Thanks!!!
  21. Bump, I WILL take offers, if someone can use these.
  22. PM Firehead, he has them on his bike. If I remember right he has a thread with pics of them too. If you do build a set, build me one too, Ill give ya retail price for them if they come out decent. IMS pegs and heel guards are the best setup for trails, I tried to pick up IMS heel guards like a year or so back, but wound up selling the pegs I bought because I could never find any.
  23. Damn man, cant make it bro. In the spring I have a lot more free time, we're always busiest right before winter trying to get shit done.
  24. Before I make any promises on the frame I gotta make sure I can get everything thats left on it off. Ive had issues with that in the past...
  25. To register an ATV in NJ you need 1 of 3 things. A notarized bill of sale, a title, or the previous owners registartion. The bike must also pass a VIN check. Ive registered 3 ATVs this way so far with no issues. I have all my VINs run before I buy, and I get notarized bill of sales with all the bikes I get. Its not that NJ doesnt title ATVs, its that they do recognize that ATVs, PWCs, etc. lose their titles over time. Actually I dont think Ive ever bought a bike that wasnt new with a title. Check it out my man: http://www.state.nj.us/mvc/Vehicle/Snowmobiles.htm
