  1. Ahh, I should have guessed by the last 3 letters. I'm a quarter polish, and my father knew what seemed like every old pollock in pennsy.
  2. REPOST Ive heard that too, not sure how true it is, but thats why you see all the crankenstein motors. This one definately looks like it wasnt done right though. Too bad.
  3. My father knew an old polish dude out in pennsy that did an awesome cheap job sharpening saw blades and did totally awesome carpentry work that couldnt read or write. But I don't think I would trust this dude with my Banshee motor
  4. Location helps. We won't dog you because its a 4 stroke, we'll dog ya because it's a Honda!
  5. Huh? It's easy, there is a pinch bolt, and then slip it onto the splines, if thats what your asking.
  6. Cheap easy fix is to switch to a 400EX throttle. Much better design, and easier on the thumb. I was never a big fan of the extended levers.
  7. Coupla gems right there. I like how the dude with Banshee smoker doesnt say what kind of bike it is. My guess...... an ETON 90.
  8. What size are the silhouette stickers? Are they $7 each?
  9. If both plugs have spark, and both cylinders have good compression, then your probably not getting fuel into the not running cylinder. Try swapping the plug wires as the above poster said, it could be that you have a weak spark. Or else, you may have messed something up when cleaning the carbs, maybe they were put back together incorrectly. Ohh, almost forgot, make sure the tube that connects the 2 carbs together is in place!! Always a big mistake. It should connect the left and rights carbs near the carb tops opposite the choke lever.
  10. The fronts are interchangeable. They both use a 4 on 156 bolt pattern.
  11. Post up your mods here, its alot easier. How many hours are on the bike, and did it start all of a sudden? Could be a couple things, it could be that 1. Carb Jetting is incorrect 2. Carbs are really dirty and need to be rebuilt 3. Weak spark (take the plug out, turn off the gas, and let the plug with the wire attached rest against the head DONT HOLD IT, and kick the bike. You should see a fat blue spark) 4. Low Compression (if the bike has a lot of hours or the jetting was wrong for too long, the cylinder bore could be worn down and it may be time to rebuild)
  12. Not a bad price at all for a clean classic bike! Probably a better investment that the stock market too!!
  13. i put in bid for 1 thousand hundred american dollars, yes?
  14. Theres my bike with some cut rears, I never ran them because it gets way way way too muddy in some of the trails I ride. I just put them on at the time because I didnt have any rear fender, and I got them from a bike I parted out.
  15. http://www.modquad.com/catalog/product_inf...roducts_id=1483 Mod quad has them too, a little pricey, but you get the complete set. They used to have a simpler one for around $20 or so, which is what I have.
  16. I think its mostly going to be a preference. I buy whatever I grab before I check out at the stealership. Been using the PJ1 for a while now though and it seems pretty decent.
  17. You can find some FMF Gnarlies or Fatties around pretty cheap, and both are excellent trail/rec pipes.
  18. The chrome does suck! But, I put on brand new lone star hubs when I put my axle on, and they are as tight as a school girl. My stockers always had a tiny bit of play on the stock axle, but as long as the nuts were tight it seemed like it held them well enough. Hope this helps!!
  19. Was posted last week, but yeah, he wants a pretty penny for that thing. Definately dont think he'll ever see it.
  20. From the pic it also looks like it has he long travel suspension option.
  21. Bump for ya bro, HiPers are worth every damn penny. They are damn near indestructible. Also, I heard a while back that the billet center piece that has the actual bolt pattern can be changed out. Call up HiPer and se if they can sell you just the center piece with a Honda bolt pattern. When did you get rid of the shee? And what did you get? I havent been around here in a while.
  22. Hmm, kind of hard to visualize without seeing, but I'm thinking your gonna have to pull the clutch cover and see whats going on in there. If I had to take a guess I would say the push rod, or clutch arm may be out of adjustment, or there may be an issue with the clutch springs/hub/basket. Taking a look inside will be able to confirm/deny those issues.
