  1. you will have to pull the clutch still to get the bearing stopper plate out. It is bolted to each half of the case
  2. ive used gasket maker lots and had no problems. It is just easier using a real gasket
  3. did u line up the rings right on the piston? did it run good before you did the top end. so there was 160 psi on both sides. did you take the case apart at all or just the top end. are you 100% sure you put the piston in the right way? Im not sayin you dont know wat your doing or anything but you should make sure.
  4. ya so i changed the pick up gap and the spark was deff brighter and prettier.........
  5. did ya hook the ground back up on the voltage reg? killswitch on? plug the coils back in? Did ya put the flywheel key back in the groove?
  6. Hey like the title said can the pick up gap cause a shee to bog?. My shee idles fine and runs ok on flat ground. But only in 1st 2nd and 3rd. When I hit trails and hills it bogs out real bad to the point were I cant climb anything. I checked mypick up coil gap and it was like .60. I was like holy crap. Thats not cool. So I just bend it the put it around .20 correct? has stock pipes and stock jetting. Ran fine before I changed my flywheel and stator.
  7. well i took it apart and put it back together and it works now put it together the same way. Thanks
  8. would anything happen if I put the 32mm clutch nut on to tight?
  9. the ball is there i just checked that. How could they not be seated right?
  10. Hey guys just got done puttin the shee back together and now the clutch wont engage. Lots of pull at the lever I tried to adjust it to the arrows on the case and to the left of the of the arrows and it still dont work? when you put it in gear and pull the clutch nthing works.
  11. were you welding by any wires? Did you check all ur wires for burns or anything like that.
  12. GIT R DONE If i had the money for an R6 engine I would do it. You will need to mod the frame abit
  13. you have to pull the whole clutch cover off first. You need to drain your oil and anti-freeze first. then take the clutch cover off. Then you can take the half moon cover off and inside that you have to take off the 5 or 6 screwsthat hold the waterpump cover on. then flip the clucth cover over and romove the clip that hold the plastic gear. Then you can pull the waterpump out. You should check and make sure ur waterpump bearing is good too.
  14. The bearing is fine no marks and work great still. sry for the bad pics my camera sucks
