  3. Multi Vitamin is fine.. I stick to muscle milk protein but thats just my .02.. Mint Chocolate chip is probably the best flavor protein I have ever had!
  4. In my opinion i think you should stick to a good diet, lifting, and a few protein shakes a day. if you do it right you will see results.

  6. He's 15.. That stuff would not be good for him... Im totally for nitric oxide and creatine, as I take both of them myself and they make a ton of difference. Just not good for a 15 year old kid.. Don't you agree bro?
  7. Its sick what a good routine and a decent diet can do for you, and a little bit of determination... In the past 2 months working out i've lost 15 pounds and have increased strenght almost double now. Protein should be the only supplement for you if any.

  9. I think 2k is a little steep, i say more around 1500, theres alot of 1999-2000 banshees with mods going for 2k
