  1. posting pics are not only to protect the buyer.. its to protect the seller as well. If people see the pics and see your description.. then if shit hits the fan. you got proof of what was sold for everyone to see. Buyers and sellers are both getting lazy.
  2. you might scare off buyers.. but the one who ends up buying it will know exactly what they're getting!
  3. I think a big problem is lack of description and or lack of pictures. Sellers are getting lazy with proper descriptions and pictures. Im personally getting tired of this "if you want pics txt me" I think thats bull shit and screams scam to me. As a seller, When I sell a item that has a issue/flaw.. I go into great detail about it and take lots of pictures. If I happen to find something before I ship the item. I take more pictures and dbl check with the buyer before I ship.
  4. sounds to me like your having trouble controlling wheel spin. putting a extra 20lbs of rotating mass on a low torque motor dont make much sense to me.. but hey.. to each their own.
  5. stay away from the mud tires. Just get a 22" trail type tire. I've had good luck with the Holeshot 22" XCT.
  6. nothing, plastic colors (special edition) or something like that.
  7. kinda look like trinity DM pipes.. they dont look like my shearer's.. but then again. who knows if mine are even DM pipes..
  8. yamalube is actually a very good oil. I've seen a few topends that were 10+yrs old using yamalube.
  9. yes, the slingshot/driveline can use stock covers.. but.. makes clutch changes a pain in the ass.. I prefer the DD style with modded cover.
  10. I've had great luck with pro-x pistons. Key as to with any pistons is proper bore specs. Honestly.. I've had better luck with pro-x then wiseco. I wont run wiseco unless i'm forced to. I use WSM most of the time.
  11. What Jay said. Other then I have noticed the basket started grooving a bit pre maturely.
  12. i agree.. vf is over kill on a stock motors. they start to shine on the more high strung builds.
  13. Got some gauze (K&N type) filters. Have maybe 1hr actual ride time on them. Filters are in great shap and comes with 2 outerwears. One filter and outerwear has a rub mark which can be seen in the pic. the other filter and outerwear is near perfect. I say near perfect because it is used. but it doesn't have any bent pleats, rub marks or holes. fits stock and 28pwks may fit other carbs but I didn't look into what they all fit. $45 shipped.
  14. I agree. I've used BB's on my 421 also. Got BB inframes on a 10 cub also.. runs great!.
