I normally use 75wt Bel-ray gear saver, but I switched back to 10w30(yamalube) when I started having the problem with the clutch. Its a brand new hinson basket, brand new inner hub, brand new clutch cable. I put the stock clutch perch back on. I adjusted the adjuster nut on the clutch so the arm was a little infront of the arrow on the case and I set it so it was behind the arrow and I set it to spec and no matter what it keeps doing it. But if I take out all of the free play out on the clutch lever and then turn it a extra 1/4" inch or so it stops crawling. But the clutch was strung so tight i'm not about to leave it there. Its almost like i'm not getting enough pull on the lever. any other ideas? I already checked the push rod and ball there both fine.
