  1. I've ran a bunch of levers. Stock, MSR (not the raptor), magnum EZ pull, and ASV. I prefer the ASV. It has the smoothest pull. I wont run anything but the ASV now.
  2. I can't think of the wording for it but.. Using the bigger sprockets puts less of a bind (so to say) on the chain because its not bending as far to warp around the sprocket. Hopefully someone can think of what I'm trying to say.. Maybe it would be less reistance because the chain links dont have to move as far to bend around the sprocket?
  3. I used 15/41 on my Dune port with PT hi-revs. It was a great set-up for duning.
  4. oh.. I thought we were rating them on a curve.. Around here I'm used to being the big guy on a little bike.
  5. He dont take up much space.. thats what makes him a good guest!! I just pull out a dresser drawer.
  6. I think I'm full. Dan is bringin one of his buddies up and Nate is coming out with us again. (we got him hooked) You'd think being 40ft I'd have more then 3 beds and a floor in that thing. I tried to find one with the loft package but them were a bit hard to find unless I bought new. We might beable to squeeze more on the floor though if you dont mind that?
  7. If it was me and my bike was rather stockish I'd save some coin and run the Tusk Kit from RMATV. I've ran them in my moded 250r and moded raptor with no problems at all. So I'll put a vote in for the 40.00 tusk kit. But the EBC kit should do the trick too.
  8. I'm takin my hauler and staying the night too. Do we just show up or do we gotta let someone know that were stayin ahead of time? I've never stayed the night at the track before.. I've never really had reason too being that its only about 15min from my house.. But I'm going for the party!
  9. Sounds good.. maybe we'll be the only ones at the track for the first 5hrs like last time, I hope we dont have to share the track with too many trucks later in the day.
  10. Is anyone going to be at TnT around 12? Just wondering what time to leave, I didn't want to show up there and be the only guy there.
  11. Well my buddie is a pretty high up manager for sprint and he's going to waive my contract fees when I switch to sprint and get me a bunch of shit for free.. but he's out of town for a managers confrence in Ft. Wayne and wont be back to Friday so I'm not getting my new phone till next tuesday.. I'm keeping my same number and stuff so..
  12. We can do that or I can meet you at my bowling alley in Pinconning. It'll save you about 20min. worth of drive time and you've been there before. You planning on getting to the track about noon then?
  13. I sold my camaro and took out the stereo system. I'd love to put these in my truck but there way too deep to fit behind my seat. These were Eclipse's top of the line sub. They handle 500 rms and 1000 peak. They'll fit into a boxes as small as .5 cube. I paid 350 Ea. for them and I want 100 Ea. + shippng. Ea. sub weighs about 17.5lbs I have 2 left, a 8800 and a 88000, only difference is the 88000 was the next model year and uses a different basket structure. The pictures are of the 8800. as you can see in the pics you can't tell the difference from the front. Anyone who knows me can tell you I take good care of my stuff and I've never over played the subs and they've never been under powered. I'm more of a SQ guy.
  14. I like how he said "all work was done by a local pro shop" its not like its a set of golf clubs or a bowling ball.
  15. My builder had my cubs turned around in 1 week. I was shocked as hell when he told me the turn around time. He said 2-3 weeks if he was busy. I'm more used to 2-3 months!
  16. I dunno Dave. I got 42 pilots in my bike. Thats smaller then when I was on gas  I guess it depends on what the motor likes.
  17. Andy @ GRR was settin carbs up for E85 last year.
  18. LOL damn.. I'm always late!! 2 pages went through while i was typing that damn post!!
  19. Thats cool Brad, Thats the way it should be. Not this builder is better then that builder or this builder sucks or that builder sucks. Its about racing and having a good time. Problem is that people in general are quick to make assumptions or judgments about builders based off 2nd and 3rd hand information. Personally I dont judge anyone or anything untill I have personally seen it run and tuned. I've seen 2 fast bikes run. they both run strong. I've seen and riddin 2 Passion Bikes and they both ran good. But.. I dont think there is many people in MI that have seen passion motor run. Last I knew there were only 3 in MI that I was aware of and none of them have gone to the track to race. This stuff goes on everyday with eveybuilder. I hear so many horror stories about GRR it isnt' funny but.. Every motor I've seen built by Andy ran HARD. The thing is that builders are like gods, to each their own. Their followers will defend them and some more the others. Thats why I never tell people what builders I dont like. Only a few of my close friends know wich builders I dont like.. I try to keep that stuff on the DL. Just figured I'd finally put in my 2cents on this whole ordeal.
  20. lol Oh boy... I think were gonna need security guards...
  21. C'mon Dan.. Everyone knows that McCoy's motors are the fastest!!
