  2. i dont think its seizing , compression is the same every time i check it , if it was seizing the comp would change ? i will try the new carbs and see what happens , i think it is the carbs

  4. i know that suzuki had a problem with frames breaking on the lt 250 , i think they used to crack right behind the a arms

  8. i think thats wrong , i had a 90 j arm banshee and changed the frame to a a arm and used the same brakes and spindles , , i think that its the 87 brakes are different ,, maybe 88 also , but i know 90 j arm spindles are the same as a arms

  11. sell it , they were not a good handling quad , if you keep it put a honda cr 500 motor in it , way more reliable than suzuki 500 and the cr will put out more power

  13. if you still tors , disconnect that shit , you should have did a compression test , i would put head on and test . check spark , see if it gets spark,

  15. i had a set of dg pipes on my shee when i bought it , not as good as toomy's or fmf's but they are tons better than stock pipes

  17. leakdown test is good , 6 pounds for 6 minutes i think , plugs looked reddish brown , is that ok ? switched coils too i think its the jetting , maybe loading up,, i will try the clip , and maybe try the 290 mains forgot , air screw was 2 out , went 1 1/2 and was a little better , vitos kit came with bigger pilots than stock i think 27.5
  18. blunt end , you mean top? will that richen it ? cdi checked ,(i have spare) stator is good, ( shop bench tested it) carbs clean. 138 each cylinder , new plugs
  19. i just totally rebuilt my motor , 50 over , weiscos , v force , fmfs , k+n no lid, +4 timing, slight porting , stock carbs with vitos jet kit ,300 main, needle middle clip,air screws 1 1/2 out. took it out , ran good for a little while 30 min. then would bog and stall , then would start up and run good ,and then after a little while happen again , thinking maybe its jetting , the vitos needles are longer i think , are these jet kits any good ? does this jetting sound close , i live in new york (sea level) if it was jetting wouldnt it run crappy all the time ? jet kit says for pipes , k+n no lid came with 300 and 290 mains , maybe better with 290 , what do you think?
  20. i put the sfpn on crf450, and i noticed a difference , gave me more throttle response , i never put them on a banshee , heard they dont work that well on 2 strokes
  21. did you buy them new or did they come on your shee when you bought it ? those plastics look like shit on a banshee ,
  22. they can chrome aluminum but it will not last forever , it will peal eventually , you can chrome streetbike rims they are aluminum, mine last 4 years with out any pealing, thats pretty good from what i hear,,, they also chrome plastic now , i saw street bike plastic fairing chrome plated
