let me know , during the week i go during the day , weekends i go late because of cops, im suprised you guys can ride at 56 with out cops , it must be the only spot on long island that is cop free . night riding is the shit , hitting a 70 foot sand wall at night , fun as hell we also go to pennsylvainia a couple time a year , thats a fun trip. like 20 of us go , there is allways room in the trailer let me know highroller and i will show you the spots around me ,

i put mine on with impact gun on lowest setting , never had a problem with it

i live on long island , and i have some great spots , 1 is exit 68 , my brother live right behind the spot and we ride there all the time , sand pit with some big walls plenty of trails , anywhere you go on the weekend you are taking a chance on getting impounded , but it is ok when you dont park at the spot. we do alot of night riding and its alot of fun. i have been riding long island for alot of years and know all the spots , any body wants to ride let me know , shoot me a pm . its a little cold right now , east coast mines is another spot , it has a huge sand pit with 80 foot sand walls , and endless miles of trails , it is the best place to ride on long island , i also have some place to park near that spot , that spot is hot with the cops , they raid it all the time on the weekends , so we go there during the week or at night.

sundays we go at like 4:00 still light then we still ride when it gets dark , some times we go at 10-11 at night. you got kicked out i guess it wasnt by park police , because they would have impounded them. my friend got caught and cost him like 1500. they followed him to his house with a helicopter. just been to cold out to ride for me , hopefully it warms up a bit , then i will show you some good spots

the weekends are rough on long island (cops , park police) , we do most of our riding during the week and at night , never see cops then , if you go on the weekend you are asking to get impounded , i ave a couple good spots i can show you but its really cold out. have you been reading the newsday past couple days , talking about they impounding more atv's this year than ever. they are trying to pass a law that says if you get caught riding even once the take your atv and keep it and it goes to auction, but they say they are trying to open up a indoor motorcross facility thats going to be huge.

i agree , maybe he's on a limited buget , but if its a newer 250 or 125 its a better frame than the out dated 500's , even if its older its still better then trying to shoehorn a shee motor into a dirtbike frame ,

if it had a better motor it would be nice , i street bike would murder that thing in a race , but probably would be fun to toy around on . i wonder if you could wheelie that thing

i will check mine today and let you know , i have the same mods and im at sealevel also , my carbs are 28mm oko's bored out to 30mm , not sure if that changes anything

yes way better if you like going slow , 115 mph for 50 grand fuck that , for that much it should give you a blow job while you ride it

i dont think its a good idea , first to line the sprocket and chain with the rear sprocket the motor will stick out the other side alot , past the foot peg , the banshee motor is twice the weight of a 250 and with a little bit of work you can get 50 hp out of a good 250 motor . the pipes wont look good , will stick way out the side and if you drop it they will dent easy, they will be a bitch to make fit , i think it will be hard to make it look good. i think you probably be better off getting a 500 2stroke and putting it in , besides in stock form the 500 will make more power then a banshee motor , and still look stock , and if you do some work to the 500 , port polish , stroke , you will have more power than you need. and it will be a hell of alot easier to put in a bike frame. i think the radiator is the least of you problems

the same but different , just kidding, if you can put a clutch in a banshee then you can handle the cbr , some streetbike clutches are easier to do then a banshee

that is the dumbest statement i think i ever heard , (people that own honda's are dickheads) ? people are just dickheads with big mouths sometimes it has nothing to do with what they ride . i have owned 10 honda bikes and they are well built machines , better built then yamaha for a long time , dont get me wrong i like my banshee , but any time i buy a new bike it will be a honda.
