on my intakes i just cut them flush with a knife . i did the same thing with my flywheel , just tightened it with impact gun , i torqued it to specs once and it came loose so now i use the gun and never had a problem i dont understand the #3 question

call them before they ship the carbs out and tell him your mods and he will set them up for you. i dont know if you can reach them on weekends. they even sent me extra jets for when it warms up

i have a mild port (clean up ) and they work perfect. just call them up and talk to them.the guy i talked to was jeff , he knows his shit , he told me they are perfect for stock motors , he said if you have alot of port work ,stroker , mods like that go to 33mm -35mm , call them and talk to them , they stand behind their carbs. my banshee has never ran so good. 200 bucks you cant go wrong ,

did you adjust the clutch when you put the clutch in , with 2 arrows on the top of the case ?

the cpw carbs are pwk 28 mm copies bored to 30 mm , on a 2mm diference you arent going to lose your bottom end power . probably gain if anything

i got the 30mm oko's from cpw and they gave me alot more bottom end , they are way better then the pos stockers. these came to my door jetted perfectly , with extra jets for when it gets warm , trust me you will not lose any bottom end . worth every penny in my book. call them and talk to them, they know about carbs and jetting. they gave me more power everywhere , especialy in the bottom end , the bestmod i did to my shee so far.

sometimes they can fix it with physical therapy if its not to bad, go to your reg doctor and ask him who he recommends , and go to the best doctor you can , my doctor is 45 minutes from my house but he's really good, all he does is knee's . he is the doctor for the NFL , does all the New York JETS and GIANTS players , it was pretty cool doing my rehab right next to all these famous NFL stars.

big boy your knee sounds like a ligament tear , when you start losing stability in your knee its a bad sign. i have had 2 surgery's on my knee, acl replacement (dead guys ligament put in me ) and screws, along with torn cartilage , i poped me knee out playing football got it fixed and then ripped it apart again racing motorcross, knee injurys suck. im 30 years old and my doctor is talking about total knee replacement. when i first started having trouble with me knee i would twist the wrong way and it would feel like it was going to pop out and then i would limp for a couple days and then it would be ok for a while . my advise to anyone with knee trouble is get it looked at because the longer you Waite the worst it gets and the more damage you do. a bad knee will trouble you your whole life. thumper i hope you fell better soon , 3 fractures in the joint , that must have hurt like a mother f er

i bought a tool to do it , i got the tool from my local honda dealer , it was made to take apart dirtbike forks but it the same size for the steering stem bearings , its hex on 1 side and a 3/8 drive fits into the other , i put it on my impact gun and they come right out

my banshee wouldnt idle when i first got it , in the front of the bike next to the ignition coil is a little square black box , unplug that piece of shit , when i did that my bike idled perfect , unplug the plugs going to the carbs too and you should be good,

i agree , i dont sell to 0 feedback bidders they are killing me , who has extra time on their hands to bid on stuff and never intend on buying.and ebay doesnt stand behind you because if you leave them negitive feedback they can do the same to you , if someone doesnt pay for your item then they shouldnt be able to leave feedback

are you sure your compression tester is accurate , maybe borrow a friends tester and check again , i just rebuilt my motor and it had 138 in each cylinder with a stock head and wiesco pistons and i thought that was a little high .

i bought a banshee , it has a lonestar axcaliber extended axle . how are they ? are they as good as durablue , or other brands , i saw they are 450 bucks new , just wondering ?

i have used helicoils many times and never had one come out , they are stronger then just threads in aluminum, if it was me i wouldnt drill and tap because if it strips again your fucked , put in a helicoil
