these ball joint are bigger so the spindles have to be reamed , i have 2 sets of spindles , 1 reamed , 1 stock , so it doesnt matter which ones i get ,but i would like to get a set that fit stock spindles , i looked on ricky stators website and didnt see anything , i will call them tomorrow and check . i know they are for a banshee because i took them off a shee myself , got these arms and ohlins front shocks and i cant wait to try them out

im going to try my local auto parts store for the ball joints ,, come on guys someone has to know what type of arms these are ?

companys make alot of prototypes , most of which you never see , i wouldnt be suprised if they did make a 4 poke prototype banshee , they put articles out they to guage interest , their main objective is to sell bikes and make money , and if they think that a prototype will sell it goes into production . i would buy one

they are not that bad of a pipe (power) my shee came with them , i switched over to fmf fatty's , i noticed more power with the fatty's , not too much more though , i did get more bottom end withthe fmf's the do make it a pain in the ass to work on you motor , sell them on ebay , get a set of fatty's or t5's . wont cost you that much after you sell those dg's i actually liked the way the dg silencers look.

i just checked yamaha's wesite and it shows the rubber piece has its own part number, you could just order it from yamaha

it very easy , make sure you run the vin before you buy it because if it comes up hot the cops are going to want the quad

its a prototype , 99% of them never make it to production . would be pretty cool if it did i would buy 1

have the cops run the vin # before you buy it , and if its stolen it will come up , if not you can get a title for it , i have done it before , go to your dmv and ask them what you need , every state is different , when i did it all i needed was a bill of sale and i had to fill out some paper on the history of the quad , (how you got it) . you also have to be careful of it having a lean against it , (original owner still owes money on it ) as good as stolen cause you are going to never get it back if you get caught on it . just run the numbers , that will show everything , if its clean it sound like a good deal , goodluck

I have a set of aftermarket extended a arms and i need new ball joints , i dont know what brand they are ,the ball joints go through the arm and have a nut holding them on , uppers and lowers have the same joint , where do i find new ones . i know that the spindles have to be reamed to fit them , if that helps .

i have a shifter that has a good rubber end you can have it if you pay for shipping.

i sold a set of dg pipes on ebay last year , they were chrome , in pretty good condition ,no dents , with silencers and i only got 120 for them , painted black , you would be lucky to get 100 out of them on ebay , probably 75 bucks , my dg pipes didnt perform half bad , they were better then you would think , a million times better than stock , you have to keep you gas on reserve becuase the petcock hits the pipe and its a bitch to change plugs ,

can i explain principles how it works ? no i didnt build or design it , i am not an engineer , just stating that i bolted one in and it worked , gave me more throttle responce , i think too many poeple on here repeat what one guy says is garbage even though he never tried it , then all of a sudden every body says they have seen dynos that the item takes away 7 hp . not saying you firehead just in general it happens alot on here .

they are not like the boost bottle . the scary fast power now do work , i have never tried them on a banshee but i have put one on a 4 stroke and i did notice alot better throttle responce. is it worth the price ? thats up to you , to me it was . every little bit of power is worth it . people shouldnt knock a product unless they have tried it first .

i think you are right , i have only seen them on duncan or ebay , very expensive new , 900 bucks , 700 for pipes and 200 more if you want chrome , i just sold a nice set on ebay , they sold for 315 no dents , nice chrome (should have went for more ) , i see them go between 300-400 for a clean set .

i did the same thing when i put my bearing in , i took 1 bearing out (be very easy and take your time) put the spacer in then press the bearing back in , yes you need it

yes he must have revised it , he had them as new banshee j - arms ,

my shee came with a white frame , i didnt like it too much , the swinger and aarms were white also . just didnt look good to me so i changed it . was hard to keep clean every grease and dirt spot showed on it.

i have bumped heads with brooke a few times , but when i had problems with my computer and this site she helped me get it straight , she spent some time emailing back and forth and she fixed it , so she is alright in my book . and i have met helldriver in person and he is cool guy , helped me out with parts , i think he just liked starting a little trouble on here , i thought it was entertaining . as for people starting a topic about a person and then says how much they dont like that person is like when a little boy in 3rd grade hits a little girl and says he hates her ,(means he has a crush on her )
