  1. I still have it believe it or not!! Also have 2 other laeger crf450's as well. Been out of the racing scene for about 3 years now although I do miss it at times!
  2. wont be sellin the laeger. its for keeps. the best rider on a banshee will never beat the best on a 4poke. i had to learn the hard way. had to move to 4stroke cus the banshee just lost too much time ota corners. If ur racing, fast wide open tracks that are gona be dry, thats the only place a shee will really shine and dominate
  3. for mx id stick with 4stroke. ive rid a laeger banshee at mx for 3 years now but im now on to 4 strokes. the banshee loses too much time out of corners which can not be made up on the track ive ran my banshee with a tuned standard engine and also a 421 trinity pv engine with 80hp at the rear wheels but still no luck. it depends wat type of tack your on. if all of the tracks a very wide open fast and dry then the banshee would be hard to beat. for any other type, 4stroke. ive got a laeger crf450 that in using for mx this stage. The difference in race results is outstanding.
  4. They are supposed to be one of the best shocks on the market. They are quite expensive to buy new but are a very very good shock!
  5. LOL!! There are ways round the taxes  ... they are a killer tho if u get them Thank you very much to Mike (banshee04le) for the topend. Great guy to deal with. Cheers mate! Cant w8 to get this thing running!!!
  6. Can you give me a price shipped to Belfast United Kingdom BT8 8LS please. Need one for the new engine for the Laeger.
  7. Yea the brembo requires a new bracket to be made as the spacing between the holes is different...bought it because it was cheaper than buying another yam one. Nothing much has really happened with the bike as havnt received any post at all lately. still w8ing on bits to come. Hopefully should get the frame and subframe to the powdercoating place next wk when they open again. Prac days start in 2 wks so gonna throw the old engine back in n do them while w8ing 2 get the cheetah...
  8. PICS!!...of what has arrived so far anyway Bendable? Brembo caliper Frame New gearbox Subframe cleaned down..
  9. I have a set of rear hiper beadlocks. Only thing i would say is they are very very heavy. Aluminium beadlocks are a good bit lighter than the hipers but the dual beadlock is a good idea. I got a flat wheel in a race and managed to keep going till the end (around 5 laps) because the hiper held the wheel on. The outer ring broke up into bits but the main rim was ok. I managed to keep 1st place and win the race  If you arent worried about weight id say go for them!
  10. It appears i was wrong about the laeger frames. My dad was on the fone to them 2day with a few questions and he asked if they were still available. They ARE but there has to be an order of 6 frames in before they will make them. Say if 6 individual people wanted a frame them they would make a batch. They WONT make just 1 tho because it wouldnt be worth their while.... They are very helpful people just to add.....
  11. yea thanks anyway bansheefreak and also wallace84!
  12. Will get some up tonight after get the frame back!
  13. Frame is now fully striped apart from the swingarm as the bolts are either bent or ceased. They are going to get pressd out in next few days an then get a few small tabs that have broken off will need welded back on and then it will be going to get sand blasted. Bought an ohlins/scotts steering stabliser for it so hopefully it should be a good improvement over the crappy PEP that only sorta works one way.
