  1. Nice you get it back. But what's so bad about rain?
  2. Bring the pipe with you and match one up for 50 cents. or get it from Yamaha for probably 10 bux. Tip: With the clutch cover gasket, before you put it on, get some grease in your fingers and lightly coat both sides of the gasket then install. This will make it so the next time you take the clutch cover off it wont stick and rip. I do this with all my intake, water pump and clutch cover gasket. Same ones for 4 years on this bike with quite a few times taking junk apart.
  3. I go all hand tight, 10,15 then 22 in a x-cross pattern. Light coat of grease on all o-rings first, will make install 10x easier.
  4. Measure the distance from the float bowl gasket surface WITHOUT THE GASKET to the top of the float itself. This measurement should be 21mm exactly on both floats. If you get some other reading just bend or tweak the float arms until you get this setting. Just don't bend them sideways so that they may interfere with the float bowl itself. Check for clearance when you are finished. When you are satisfied they are perfect, replace the float bowl gasket and float bowl.
  5. These are all from china, this guy in Florida has probably ordered bulk from them and got a good discount. I have the same one. Or they say from Florida but i bet you it's right from china. Funny thing with my order was when the shipping company called me to come pick it up, they said i have two packages from china. I thought...WTF. Drove down to see whats up and they sent me two instead of one... Opened the first box and it had a small dent on one side. Opened the second box, mint, Sold the dented one to dickels on here for cheap as balls. I pressure tested it before i sold it to him, all was well. To my knowledge it's still good, just cosmetic and added character. Could not even see with plastic on. I haven't had a problem with it at all, the welds are all fine, just not the cleanest or straightest in the world, but not bird shit bubble gum welds at all.,...but who gives a fuck anyways as long as it holds pressure as it has. Here is the place. http://stores.ebay.com/gpiracingradiator These guys say they are in Florida as well but it came straight from china....all went smooth just like anything else. Took about 10 days if i remember correct. Snag one.
  6. Rickys used shit has one. Down at Sunnyvale. Shit hawks atodaso.
  7. Dummies, I was kidding. Every pipe has it's place. Just not for my bike any more. 3 years was enough......
  8. Im going to go out on a limb here, but If i remember correctly, it would look identical to a neon yellowish frame with oem blue plastics, but thats only a random guess.
