Just be carefull a bit not to mess up the seal...don't pry on it, just twist it back and forth while pulling up. Inspect bearing and seal, replace them both if they need it. Cheap parts to buy.
Yes as said above, the clutch actuator arm just pulls out when you undo the bolt that holds the retainer.

It's basically in the same spot on a Banshee. Could be thick powder coat, someone shaved it off, aftermarket frame, new factory frame with no Vin punched on it...
