  7. Ok, I need to find a local buyer. Anyone that tells me they saw this add on BansheeHQ and is local I will let this thing go for $2800 with everything shocks and all. I have this thing cleaned up and ready to load up on the trailer. I rode it this afternoon and it still pulls like a champ. If your looking for a dune bike or just something really fast, this is what you want. I have a dyno chart of it getting 51hp with 34 fp of torque. Here are a list of mods.   9. Engine is solid and runs very well. I can even say that if it was put back on the dyno it would probably make better numbers than the chart I have for it now. I had the spare parts for when the time came so I wouldnt have to order them(I have no local shops that I will do business with). I Have all the gaskets and things along w/ replacement rings for the wiseco's that are in it. It also has the trinity single carb setup w/ a 34mm PJ and was last jetted for 1000ft at 80 degree's (I also have mulitiple mains and pilots to rejet for any alititude or weather condition). It starts the cold in 3 or less kicks (depending on the temp) and once it is warm 99% of the time it will start on the first kick. I raced this bike but I've just pushed it as fast as it can go and it just doesnt have the geometry of the newer quads. I wanted to be more competitive in my racing and thats the only reason I got a new quad. I love this thing but I just cant justify having two quads at the moment. If you want a list of all the aftermarket parts on it let me know and I'll make a list and post it on here.

  11. I've been searching for a post on here or a website with very simple ac to dc conversion or even a kit. I'm hoping to make a race later in the year that part of runs during the night so I'm wanting to add more lights. Plus I dont want it going dark if I do a break lock while racing. I've been looking for a few hours now but I have to go to work. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Greg
  12. Ditto, Its always easy to remember. Your quad should ALMOST always start as long as you have 3 things, fuel, air, and compression.
  13. Do a pressure test for the lower end. I had this at one time and I had blown seals on the bottom end.
  14. Great point, this will definitly cause it to run rich and sluggish. I've had this problem before and I'm trying to remember what the issue was. If not of the fuel circuit issues are working I would try a pressure test to make sure you havent blown any of the lower end seals, but this is usually a tad bit more noticable than the boggy throttle. I'll go back through some of my notes and see if I can find the stuff. (yes I make notes to remind me of symptoms and their fixes)
