  1. No porting yet or alky plan on running race gas and probably a little spray undecided on the noss right now though. But I really like the semplicity of the electrons ans ease to change from gas to alky if I decide to go that route later on.
  2. Whelp I bit the bullet today and ordered my engine from m&m I have a 421cub setup and nutral down 1-5 on its way I cant wait. I was goin to have andy repair a set of stock strok cubs for me but it was goin to cost as much to fix them as it was to buy a new set and i needed a crank as well so i went 421. After my credit card recovers it'll be time for some carbs and pipes and other goodies. I just don't think that my 35mm pwks will be enough. What kinda carbs are you guys running mostly pwks or lectrons

  5. I know there was a sponser here that sold front one piece hood and either ive went retarded and it never existed or I'm just looking over them can someone help me out

Well I have thought about that myself but not only a track drag racer but it will be used as a back woods drag racer and I really don't like the oof pipes for that kinda racing because it requires some light trail ridding to get there so the pipes wouldn't work so good for me but the carbs I could use id say.

My carbs may be 35s but I was thinking they were 34s this motor will be used mostly for racing in a 400cc and less class and I really hope a trip to silver lake this summer (ive never ridding in the sand you lucky dogs that live right there at it) very excited to get this thing rolling. Hope every one has a marry christmas
  8. I'm going to run mine on race gas meth is to hard to get around hear. Jr what kinda pipes and carbs are you running on your im planining on running r2 rockets and 34mm Pwk I kinds need bigger Carbs by what andy said but I already have the 34s
  9. Andy at m&m is who that is setting mine up for me he actually recommended me go 115 with blaster pistons and domes said it would be better in. The long run
  10. I'm building that exact setup stock stroke cub drag ported cant wait to get it done ive been told that 90+ with meth is very possiable what's the numbers that you guys got out of the little monster
  11. Could you elaborate on why you wouldn't recoment rdz and does anyone have experience with a 7mil stock cylinder bike and how is the power and torque along with reliability thanks
  12. I have finally decided on my engine build I goingto go with a 7mil stock cylinder I know the power isn't that much better then the 4mil but I Need all the torquei can get due to my weight. I have been talkiing to rdz and that is who is going to build it hes says 95-100 Hp on gas is posiable what is your All opinion on this motor good bad or ugly I'm open for suggestions I really need to stay stock cylinders and the price of a 10mil is crazy
  13. i may have screwed up i bidded on a set of cases that had been bored for cheeta cylinders ans port matched ops. u guys think they will work ok with a 4 mil stock cylinder build.
  14. that is what i was thinking also. ive bidded on a set on ebay guess ill put these in the scrap pile well at least the top case the bottom is good shape if anyone is in need of one.
  15. well guys im goin threw all my banshee parts for my build and i was inspecting the cases witch are powder coated a not very nice blue i dont like it at all but i took the cylinder studs out of the cases to notice that one stud had been coss threaded in and the threads were messed up bad and another was almost stripped you can screw it down all the way and wiggle it back and forth also it looks like someone has heated the alum behind one of the studs so hot it almost melted the alum. are there anywere that you guys know of that can cheek fix these threads or would i be better off just buying a set of cases im leaning towards just buying a set but thought id ask first.

  17. ive got there number goin to call them from work today and talk to them to see. but i have pretty much made my mind up on herrjugs. not just because i like the name but u know who can go wrong with a name like that
  18. going tomorrow to pic up a nicely worn 90 banshee was a decent bike just needs a crank and topend. i hae decided i want to run a 4mil crank with drag ported stock cylinders. but im tore between builders. i have been on all there sites and researched and read alot on all the builders im considering and lots of good things have been said about them all so im still confused. what is your alls opinion. should i go with herrjugs, passion or rdz. i am leaning more towards passion and herrjugs. i already have 35mm carbs and need cylinders head and crank plus a few odds and ends but if you all were starting off like i am were would you go to? thanks for the input ohh and this will me my first time on a banshee since 02-03 cant wait
