Why Trinity pipes? I had a set of T3s that ran better then Trinity's pipes. I can't help bu think that there are better pipes then their high priced stuff. SP

When I want to let my motor "relax" I shut it off! Lol. That is some strange logic there. An idling banshee is going to get hot, not cool down, due to the lack of air flow through the radiator. Just my 2 cents on that. SP

If that is the case, you will always need a head with interchangeable domes, so it isn't a bad investment. Just not the best bang for your buck. The timing plate is though. Minus the porting is pipes (T6 for nonported but you will likely soon tire of them and they don't seem to run well on ported motors). Not much else worthwhile that I can think of next to porting bro. Porting is the heart of it. Like I always say, take you rtime and plan your build. It is much cheaper that way! SP

$35 for a timing plate vs. $200 for a head minus domes? Timing plate every time. $300 for a port vs. $280 for a head and domes? Porting every time. Just my 2 cents again. SP

Timing will really wake her up. Next I would go with porting, then carbs. Porting is the key and I feel all mods should be planned around your port job. Just my thoughts. SP

I don't think you will get much out of the V force reeds without some porting to compliment them. SP

I would run this flywheel either. Let alone pay money for it. If your not in a hurry you can find a good flywheel on ebay at a good price. You just have to be patient. There are flywheels on there all the time. That's where I picked up my spare. After I got screwed on one that had been pulled with a 3 jaw puller. SP

Your right. The ones into the case do have a 14mm head. Anyway, all the bolts and head sizes are different then normal shit on the Banshee. At least compared to regular metric hardware. Except for the M6 bolts with a 10mm head. I think it may be a Japanese thing cause the Maxima I had was the same way. SP

I am pretty sure the only difference in the stators was the connector. The stator is the same. Just figure out the connector. SP

No. I wasn't talking about the Japanese shit on my bike! Lol! I was referring to regular hardware metric bolts. That's why I didn't think the studs where M10 because the 2 bolts that hold the motor in on the lower mounts are M10 with a 17mm head. All the equipment I work on is manufactured in Germany and everything is metric. SP

Well, if you say so then I believe you. I'm in Chicago so I wasn't able to go look. I was calling from memory. Typical M8 bolt requires a 13mm socket for the nut and M10 requires a 17mm socket. I know my lug nuts are 14mm socket so I was thinking an M10 was too big. Seems my logic was flawed.:thumbsup: SP

I believe the stock studs are M8 x 1.25. SP

RMATV has the tapered base nuts and the flat base nuts with and without the flange. But you know what your rims look like and know what you want. The rims I have required the flat base without the flange. Haven't seen anything that those 3 styles wont work for. SP
