  1. F*** you Tim! Always such a smart ass! Yes Tyler, We are on the same PC just under different names. I checked all his settings and they are the same as mine. As far as I can tell anyway. I will play with it some more in the AM. SP
  2. Interested in following Chain and chain slider Chain Rollers Front brake and Rezzy Tail Light Make me a deal and I can pay you anyway you like! SP
  3. Its all in the clutch! If your in sand with a good set of tires and dump the clutch (depending on the clutch integrity) it may bog. This could mean that your jetting is off or you just tried to transfer too much power to the ground at once. If you slip the clutch slightly and allow your wheel spin to catch up with the motor RPMs this may help. If your bike is not tuned properly it will not perform as expected. If it is tuned properly then it should run like a scalded monkey even if it is stock. You should have no issues ripping the tires unless the set up isn't right. SP
  4. My first thoughts exactly! Anytime you change the flow of the intake of the exhaust you should check your jetting. SP
  5. I run Kev's 4mil dune port and he recommended 35 PWKs. I was running 34 TMs and switch to the 35 PWKs when I had trouble tuning. The 35s rip with the set up I have. I would definitely give Kevin a call and see what he thinks you should run. There is a reason everyone (including me) say his customer service is great, it is because he answers questions like this! SP
  6. We are heading out on Tuesday The 24th through the following weekend. We are camping at the north camp ground in an old restored 1947 tour bus and a converted school bus. We have quite a group going and I am the only one on a banshee. If anyone comes out stop and see us! White and Yellow Banshee with BHQ decals on the tank shroud. Shannon
  7. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/YAMAHA-BANSHEE-Swingarm-Bolt-BILLET-COVERS-CAPS_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem439b6d0210QQitemZ290370421264QQptZMotorsQ5fATVQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories I bought a set like these but they were plastic. A little good ole German Wacker Silicon and they have been on for 2 years! SP
  8. It takes fuel, air, and fire to ignite each cylinder. You are getting fuel, so which of the other 2 are you missing? Switch plug wires to see if it is spark. Check pickup gap on both tabs. Should be .012". Air is easy to check eliminate, run without filters. SP
  9. ??? You have a main and a pilot that change sizes. You have a needle that can change taper and clip position. Then you have then air screw that is screwed in and out. Main jet and pilot have numerical sizes. Needles have alpha designations. Not sure what your after. SP
  10. I think if you want a drag bike that you can still dune with and have fun doing it the stock cylinder f 4 mil is the way to go. It has great usable power for duning and can hold its own at the drag strip. Your gonna still eat alot of sand from the big motors but that's when you know its time to sit out! Mine can run ok with the smaller cubs, not to far behind and once in while I'll come out in front, but last trip out I don't think I was beat by a set of stock cylinders. Definitely worth the money over stock stroke. SP
  11. NitroTate on here does some awesome work. I think he is out of Denver CO. He has some stuff posted on here somewhere of some different projects he has done. SP
  12. They are called "bearing splitters", and they work perfectly. Never tried the toaster oven to heat the bearing, sounds like a decent idea. I just always used a torch and a thick plate of metal and heated the plate with the bearing laying on the plate. SP
  13. Dude, I really hate to dick with your sale but I have the same gauge from CRJ as well as their NEW improved gauge and both of them have given me issues with electrical interference which causes the micro processor in the control unit shut down. The fix is to remove and re install the battery. My thought was to install a toggel switch to interrupt the power circuit to the unit to perform this function. I think there are other guys on here that have have good luck with this unit. I, however, have had nothing but trouble, and this is using their RDT probe. If someone figures out how to make this unit work please let me know cause I have both styles now. SP
  14. Damn! if it was a +4 or maybe even a +6 I'd jump all over that shit! SP
  15. Who's done the cutting? I am looking for an extreme dunable cut tranny. SP
  16. PM me if you still have clutch parts. Didn't see where you had listed them as sold. SP
  17. I liked it the way it was but that looks bad ass too! SP
  18. Well, this is true. But I want to see some stills up on here! SP
  19. We were wondering where the hell you were at! SP
  20. Well post em up! I didn't get any pictures except a couple with my phone! Besides, I always get stuck taking pictures of the kids and no one ever gets any shots of me (unless Bob is there!). Let's see what you've got! SP
  21. Yeah, I tried the Chain Wax with the same result. Hated the stuff. Now I use wd40. SP
  22. Was a great trip again. Great weather and an awesome group to ride with. Ethan had a great time also. He turns 10 tomorrow and took his first ride on the back of the 4 mil this weekend!
