  1. Looks like the case halves need to be resealed. Pressure test it to see if it leaks air. I bet it does if it is leaking through those studs. Is it leaking oil or fuel mix? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Image fail. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. One thing is that if you split the cases, you can do so without removing the cylinders or messing with the top end. I've done it many times from the bottom. It does make cleaning the old sealant from the top half of the case more difficult but worth it imo. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. First, the Labyrinth seal is not a true seal so it doesn't divide the crank case so you cannot test each side individually. Second, yes, you can plug the front vent seal. Most after market clutch covers have that blocked off anyway. Third, I would definitely investigate what you have described as an air leak of 1 psi in 2 minutes. That may or may not be the issue with oil coming out of your vent but it is a problem. Fourth, if you were pressurizing the transmission from the cooling system you would have coolant in your oil. 5. ^^^^^this. I won't let a motor pass that leaks anything in 7-10 mins. As was said, any kind of an air leak won't do anything but get worse. You can check each side independently due to the labyrinth seal in the middle of the crankshaft. Strange the your case is actually holding pressure. The vent must be plugged. 6. Jetted properly you would gain a little on too and I don't think you'll sacrifice the bottom. But I've never ridden anything with 28s for comparison. I know my duner doesn't lack anything on bottom for duning and trail riding for my taste. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I run 35 PWKs on both our dune bikes. Similar set up. I'd stay away from PJs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. TM rollers and guides are the only ones I use. Zero issues. Tune them on 3 bikes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Yeah, I could have left the red bike with the 4m stock cyl in it and bought yours for what I built my new motor for damn near. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Well dammit, you should have sold that thing a year ago before i built mine, lol! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. It's decided then. You'll keep it and come ride with us. I still like the idea of storing it for you and you flying in for the BHQ rides. That's the best plan of all! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Lol! Really though, a raffle might not be a bad idea. 85 tickets, $100 a piece. Actually, it's a fucking stupid idea. Just keep it and come ride with us. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. 10 years ago when you were 14.....huh....so you're still just a loud mouth child that hasn't grown up yet. Things were so nice and quite when you were MIA. Can we play that game again? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Besides, I promise, you don't want anything that comes out of that dudes sock. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. He said trails 25% I never said 80 was max. I said 80 was max on a trail port. 96 is not gonna be fun for trail riding imo and will likely begin to be a pipes motor. I was also thinking he was wanted to use pump gas. It I don't remember for sure. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. First, why would I tell that to Cam? Second, why would Cam build a motor that could perform better but choose not to? Many things to factor here, one being the fuel this guy wants to run and the type of power curve he wants. Sure, both set ups can produce more power. Hell, Cam ported a 4m stk cyl for me that made 105 and change. But I wouldnt ride it in tight trails. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Lol! No worries. It didn't show up as an emoji. It showed up as "banghead". I see your point now. I just don't have time to try to decipher through someone's run on sentences and try to figure out what the REALLY mean. Guessing we're on the same page. Cheers [emoji482] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Wait, did you call me a bang head because I couldn't make sense of a sentence that had no punctuation? If so, you can go fuck yourself. I've got no time to educate folks in mechanics when they can't string a sentence together. If not, peace out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. No clue. I'm out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Confused......"Never use a wiseco crank had plenty of them shit the bed in my bikes. " How if you never used them? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. HJR doesn't make a crank. It is just a crank that kevin buys and welds and maybe puts bearings on. Not sure what crank he uses now. Probably ok with either a hotrods or weisco. They're probably all from the same place anyway. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Yeah. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Rjdgffbird is a douche. If I was selling them, I'd sell em for 350$. But I hate selling tires. So hard to come by these days. But I really don't think I'll ever have anything that needs a 13 anymore. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
