  1. Casey ,have you been running that lightened flywheel ..?
  2. Hi Ted , always good to hear from you! That clutch will work fine on a 100hp cub motor. BUT with that much HP and dragging it on asphalt I would highly recommend a lock up clutch to go along with it for preventive measures! Give me a holler on that when your ready and your cub IF its not too late...?!
  3. No website yet.. Working on it though!! Have to try and catch me on the phone!
  4. They get gummed up and prolly have some sharp edges that are catching on the side. Might start spraying some PB penatrant or carb cleaner to break down the gunk and may have to pry alittle around the rivet hole areas. Be patient i know its hard.
  5. Thanks Tanner, Yes your bike is definetly a runner!! Keep up the good work on your airbrushing and you will quickly have the money for an override tranny. I do have some alky carbs waiting , hope your ready to HANG ON!!!!
  6. Thanks everybody for your kind words! Broke, your parts went out today with about 8 other peoples boxes of parts! Otis , i will let you know when your cylinders arrive! Thanks again....
  7. With the 3/8 reed spacers and the boost bottle i would guess it to be about 102HP! Im just playing lol. It all depends on who and HOW they ported the cylinders. I would say it should be around 55hp maybe....more.
  8. Yes but they are all spoken for! If you want cubs you might want to prepay and get on the wait list! They are hard to find and are sold long before they even hit the workbench.
  9. If your looking for more "bottom end torque" I personally would NOT recommend lightening the flywheel. Coolhead w/domes, timing plate +4, v-force reeds, Play port will all help the torque and fun factor!!!
  10. I have a used pair of non ported, New/Fresh bore w/pistons .050 over, havent been ran since bore/hone! Still have lots of life 3-4 bores left depending on what pistons you use. They come with new Weisco pistons for $350.00.
  11. I too recommend helping the Banshee shifting woes, but in my opinion the shift pro kits are over priced! I can hook you up with a new shift shaft, shift mod , and easy spring for less than the shift pro kit. Ask Stclark, Locogato, and others how good they work!
  12. Trying to post a pic , lets see if it works. Hell yeah , woohoo im big time now i posted a pic. jk lol. These pipes are like new when looking at them on a bike! They have 1 tiny dent on the back of one where the stock pipe rubber pad mount on the lower frame rubbed one and a very small spot (on the back again) where the cool head rubbed slightly (typical coolhead rub that most pipes have) !! These are the Newer CPI's with the heavy duty improved mounting flanges that arent supposed to crack like the old ones! These are some nice pipes , you wont be dissapointed!!!!! Chapman pmd me and said he was interested in them, going once..........
  13. No , they came off of a "9 out of a 10" scale bike ! I will pull them out of the box and look em over tomorrow!
  14. small bore. Im no good with pics , might see if the misses can help me with that.
  15. Yes looking at it should look like this ) . To save future trouble i would recommend a new one though! Call me if you need anything! 10am -6pm
  16. These are used ! $450.00 plus shipping! Sold new for $560.00 Save big $ now! Customer went to drap pipes.
  17. Jason , it should be flipped around like a backwards C. Feel free to give me a call and i will gladly walk you through it and might be able to help you with parts as alot of times after the shift shaft flips around like that it messes up the little spring!! 785-364-5325
  18. Chris that struck me funny this early in the morning. Thats some good shiaat. I will send your free F.A.S.T. shirt out with your port job for sure!!!!
  19. Might want to check the outer hub also. Ok , cool, let me know if you need anything!
  20. One of the cubs we did for YFZ's 450 buddy dynoed at 92hp and 50 trq on a stingy dyno! BUT the bad thing was that he only got 2 pulls on it before the clutch rod/ball welded so the motor actually wasnt even warmed up and jetted correctly yet. Tip: DONT pull the clutch in after a dyno run until the rpms come down!!!! There is way more power in those Cubs with different pipes, jetting, etc..! We never got to try the BIG Bore pipes as that was with small bores. They do run hard right out of the box but there is definetly room in them for each builder to find improvement just not as much as stock cyls. I rode that bike at the dunes a couple weeks ago WOW , he needs to go back to the dyno now that it is tuned in. THat thing is a F.A.S.T. mofo!!!!!!Very impressive!! Im sure whoever you choose to build you one you will be happy.
  21. Lots of variables that it could be. Too long of cable, not enough throw on aftermarket lever/perch, worn clutch components, center screw inside clutch cover not adjusted correct. etc. Might want to read this post: Smokin Clutches /http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=47701
  22. Master of Faster, sounds like you have some worn clutch inner / outer hubs etc.. Like Loco said, feel free to give me a ring!!
  23. Ori , call me if its not to late as i have some. 785-364-5325
