  1. Dealer item or we can get it for you. Off the top of my head they are around 80 or so. Great idea to have one for backup.
  2. Ripruck, use a VERY THIN layer of sealer on the gaskets, and 4th clip from the top on the needles. We use blue locktite on all the timing component screws/bolts, and a drop on the idle screws as well to seal the threads. Call anytime or email if you need any help.
  3. Well, the rain was harsh for the first day/night. About 4" of that crap fell and ruined Bigboys weekend. Was really looking forward to meeting up with him again and racing/riding with his bunch but maybe next time as they had to leave early. Did get to meet some new faces: Trueraiderfan, Jesse04, bansheefreak, Rnbrad (the 4stroke valve floater, LOL), and lots of others ive met before. Got along great with everyone! You couldnt of bought a nicer day on Sat.. Around 68 degrees and sunny w/light breeze. Some good racing too for sure. Really enjoyed watching Terry, Gary, and Brent (orange drag bike) running their F.A.S.T. 350 stock cylinder bikes and giveing them CUBS fits. I think the ol Tractor (Raptor) shocked more than a few people this weekend since i couldnt get the big bike up and going. :woot: Camatv's bike as always was a runner and in the front most of the time. Bob Foust's 4mm Cub was also consistently fast! Wish more HQers would of showed up and enjoyed the fun with us. Someone needs to stop by and drink a beer with Wesw and show that boy some luv as it sounds like nobody wanted to party with him. Wes, did you get your motor torn down yet and figure out what happened? Great weekend overall! Jesse04, that was your first time (FNG) to the dunes what did you think?
  4. would be a miracle now if i make it. It will have to be all about ME today to even come close. But i will take you up on that beer if i do.
  5. Well , just met jet mech in person (talked on the phone several times before) and he is a very cool cat! He is on his way South to LS now and pumped up like a kid on Christmas morning!!! Everyone be careful and have fun.
  6. Bigboy how can it be a pain in the ass to jet when you havent even rode the bike past the drive way. jk lol Now if the damn rain would stop THEN you could clean it out a bit eh?!! Now get out there and ride that baby..
  7. Brenten, in your case you really need a cool head more than you need any of those other things!! I also found I had a used head for sale for 155 shipped but still needs domes. Also a head or reeds will be cheaper than pipes.
  8. I have a used Pro Design with studs and new orings for 155 shipped! Pm me if interested. Also can send new domes for additional money or MAY possibly have some used ones..
  9. Ssincity, put in the first 4, now the fun begins. Take the next one and put a corner of it in and then shoe horn it in with a small pocket screwdriver. Once you get it started in you can use a small ball pein hammer and lightly tap it in the rest of the way. Now do the rest the same, dont forget your spring/wave washer in the middle (faces up toward the outside) and locktight the screws. Please call if you need help~!
  10. Red, if you can pull 6th gear up Choke Cherry your doin something or you have a 8 tooth on the front and a 62 on the rear. Most faster bikes pull that one in 4th MAYBE 5th if thier big motors.
  11. I have a used Pro Design with studs and new orings for 155 shipped! Pm me if interested. Also can send new domes for additional money or MAY possibly have some used ones..
  12. Wow , digging into the achives. lol I use 3M spray adhesive or black spray paint if i dont have that. Hair spray loosens up when you get it wet! Just like when your ol lady is in the shower, its made to come off with water!
  13. $235 w/domes and HQ discount !
  14. LOL, Prolly not gonna try and fly down for the day though! zip-zooooom-zzzzzzzzz
  15. NOPE, at first i thought it was just me but Dave finally fixed that and all the F.A.S.T. Heads we have put on drop right on with no complications at all. Yeaaaaa!!!
  16. bite your tongue Dave, hopefully more later than sooner. ha
  17. Really appreciate everyones oppinions and ideas and we have chosen the bottom design to work from. May change (minimal) a couple of colors etc. but that is the design we will roll with for now. Should have them done in a few weeks so check back if interested in some. Thanks
  18. lol at Animalman. Just wanted to again thank Noss for making a great head for us as these have been working out great with awesome feedback  !!!
  19. Well I have the cash in hand and he also wants cyls. bored and parts for his new bike so im just waiting to see how much of what/each he wants. I need something to hang with Dajogs new 400ex beer go-getter!
  20. 33s or 35s PWKs will work well. If your flat tracking and getting it ported i would opt for the dual 35 PWKs.
  21. I have found on clutch bolts, reed bolts, etc. (all those lil 7.2ft lb bolts) that is better to use a 1/4" drive ratchet with a 6" extension and one hand to tighten them. Amost everyone that tries to torque them winds up busting one off. Too much discrepency with the torque wrench, gummed up threads, etc.. Also as Snopczynski said it helps if the threads are clean.
  22. We have tried them on a Quadracer 250 and on a Banshee and the V force were better!! I sent the Duncans back as they had a money back guarantee. I prefer the V Force.
  23. Sounds like you better get to cracka lackin on that one in your avitar now. :woot: Game on!
