  1. Im sure these work great on 4mm Cubs huh Shannon cause they were on your "4mm" Cub right?? Free bump sucka.
  2. Looks like things are looking up for Dan and family, glad to hear it . Take of the lil guy!!!
  3. Damn Greg, guess i should of kept your motor for awhile longer. jk lol Seriously though take care of Momma first and the rest will follow suite, homes can be replaced. Hope it all works out ok and your house is still standing when over. Holler if we can do anything! PS. Oh how wierd.... Its on the news right now. 1/4 of a million people evacuated i thought they said. WOW. Lets all pray for rain for you guys!!!
  4. Well , IMO i would ask the guy doing the portwork. He will be able to give you a much better more accurate answer IF he is doing the job. Prolly a Strong MX or Play port...

    intake boots

Man, new ones are only around $20 bucks , but if you must save a buck NYUK prolly has some.....!!?
  6. NYUK nailed it on the head!!! Should be from the shift fork rods. Not telling you what to do but i know of several racers that dont even run them... I run them but have seen some that didnt. The only thing you would have to consider is IF the alum. plugs came out of the left side case by the sprocket and the rods slid out. Highly unlikely.
  7. Not a fan of it but we do them yes.
  8. First off i would look into a timing plate, then Cool Head, V force reeds, maybe gearing, pod filters, then your next mod/step would be porting. You can check out our site below to look at the above listed mods for prices and ideas.
  9. Yes inner and outers are $30 and 20.00 respectively. Got them on hand, lemme know if you need em.
  10. Yes we carry all of it and then some. I guess i forgot oil. duh
  11. impeller, maybe a seal if yours has alot of hours on it, waterpump gasket, clutch gasket, stainless allen clutch cover bolts (if wanted/needed), and maybe some engine ice to keep your temps down. Give us a call as we stock all of it . Might pull yours down first and make sure your water pump plastic (white) gear is ok.
  12. The stuff does work! Mixes with water but you should try to get out all of the old stuff that you can first. Kaos, we keep it on hand too if you need it.
  13. Not to be jerk but you cant always tell what the main jetting is like sitting in camp revving it up. Its like people trying to read a plug chop after driving all the way back to the truck and idling for a bit. Yours may very well be rich on bottom but lean on top. Better start with a pressure test first!
  14. The only reason for this to happen is: LEAN, either by air leak, lack of octane, or lack of enough fuel ! Your running Alky so i doubt its lack of octane....soooooo its gotta be one of the others. Surely your not blowing raw fuel out at the end of a 500 ft run when your wide open are you???
  15. Give us a call, we carry all that stuff new. Check the F.A.S.T. Racing sponsor link above for phone/hours.
  16. As with all of Rippens vids/pics im sure it is top notch! I think you should charge $15 shipped as i know you put in dozens of hours getting this altogether and im sure it better than alot of ATV videos i've seen from others for more money. Dont sell yourself short... count me in for one no matter the cost.. for all your hard work!
  17. Pretty early still in the season for Idaho dunes. Most go there around late May on through July. Need to run flags that is all i know about rules.
  18. Another option is our F.A.S.T. Racing head , Made by Noss : http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/partdetail.asp?partid=183 Very nice product HQ disqount Both of us HQ sponsors No changing studs O rings easy to get (same as Pro design) Great tech support ( call/pm Dave or I and we will help you figure out what domes are needed etc..)
  19. Been there....Done that. It WILL pull it BUT it WONT like it~! Make sure to get equalizer hitch and sway away bar. Prepare to hear the roar of 5,000 rpm all the time on hills or head winds. I would recommend a diesel or smaller/lighter trailer.
  20. A set of 28/30 Pwk's will give you optimum low end response. With the mods you have listed a pr. of 33PWK's will aslo work very well. The D slide or flat slide type carbs will offer increased throttle response over the stock round slides!
  21. I havent run into that with alky but you may want to run Klotz Super Techniplate as it is a bit easier to mix in cold. Also check your slide springs to make sure someone hasent cut them. OTher than that clean the carbs good. I have run alky in 20 degree weather before and ran ok but was VERY hard to start . Must start it out on gas then switch. Much colder than 50-60 degrees Gas actually has the advantage over alky. Alky loves Hot weather.
  22. Sounds like you may need inner/outer hubs (pressure plates) or your clutch is shot. Also check your freeplay in the clutch lever and is it an easy pull? Some easy pulls dont have enough throw to disengage correctly.
  23. Call or email for orders please. There would be no way for me to keep up with online ordering with as much as we send out of here. thanks
  24. Chris (alciraptor) is a stand up guy and a local to me. For $2500 THAT IS A STEAL!!!!! Damn bro. You guys have all seen vids/pics of mine run and this is nearly identical. Dont be scared to buy from him and dont buy this quad if your scared of speed!
