Could of been detontation due to airleak but i dont think your jetting is off. Doesnt look like a cold sieze to me either. I have seen cast pistons do this when run in modified motors. Thats why we run Wiseco pistons in all our builds! What pistons are those?

Clutch cover is on the right side driving the bike. You may want to sit down and look over your manual.

Either the end of your shift shaft flipped around on you or you have broken clutch basket ears stuck below your shift shaft. Pull the cover and you will see.

WHat kind of perch/lever do you have? Stock ? And How much freeplay do you have?

It will run very well but you can NOT run a 4mm crank in it later with those stock stroke cubs. Well you can, but i havent seen them run very well as said above the port durations are off!

If those cylinders wont smoke the competition i will buy them back! I could sell people my 125 hp cub off my personal bike and if they cant get power to the ground it wont do any good.

These prices seem alittle high for shipping. We ship cyls back and forth daily and generally they run 18-20 range insured UPS for the pair. Maybe a bit more if your getting goodies with them.

I recommend you buy a clymer manual, Nitrotate's how to dvd, and then get ahold of a builder on here to work with. We specialize in carrying EVERYTHING you will need to do the job! All you will need to send out is your cases and cylinders porting/boring. Hollar if i can help..
