This bike looks rough but actually drives pretty decent. It runs VERY GOOD. Prolly the best running stock carb, pump gas CUB i've ever ridden. A set of aftermarket wheels, and some good old cleaning up would make for a real nice bike. Im pretty sure we are open to offers as he still owes for this build and informed me he has no money.

Are you holding the choke out? Is the choke tube (goes between the carbs) on ? Try turning the air/fuel screw in some and see if that helps. Sounds like your pilot jets may be plugged.

Where do you live as we ship parts/motors back to all over the world in less time than that??

Ok guys, lets put this to rest as this post is nothing short of rediculous. I've never heard of these guys till this post but Kenny from Banshee Boyz called me yesterday to set the record straight. He seemed like a stand up guy, we had a good visit and he said his add never claimed to beat Cubs or that Cubs were no good. The one who said that was (I think his name was Dan? from Rocket pipes). Kenny's said drag port for $200 and he said that was definetly a misprint so he changed it. And on the Rocket pipes one it did say something about why buy Cubs when this will do or something to that effect and now that is reworded. Sooo, now that you know the rest of the story lets get HQ back to the way it should be and start the New Year off right!!

IMO, i would much rather run one of our stock cylinder Play/Dune ports. I feel they are more reliable, much faster, and will live longer. I dont like the shorter skirts on the Vito pistons, with the sleeve clear out by the studs we've seen trouble with leaks around the head and a chance of sleeves moving, and the transfer area is less than stock as the bigger sleeve protrudes into the transfer area. This is just my .02.

112 is prolly close but not sure as we sell it by the foot and it should be 6 ft.

What loco said plus need to check your clutch lever adjustment and style of perch/lever (as some of them dont have enough throw). Alot of times, trouble shifting is actually clutch related. If your not sure what your doing give me a call when you have it apart and i will walk you through what to look for.

The person who could or should be able to answer your question corectly is the one whom did the "aggressive trail port". Bansheestang is correct that there are many variables in this equation that need to be accounted to get to the correct answer. But by now it sounds like it is a done deal..
