Prolly 21cc but it depends on several variables which we ( or any of the sponsors) you buy it from should be able to help you with). TIming +4 is standard in the industry for what works well on a mild Banshee!
Which bike are these going in?? Your sig says LT500!? I have run Boyeson, TDR, Mossbarger, Stock, FMF, Pyramid, and V Force. As an engine builder i have the choice to run any of these and that I choose and I choose................... V Force!!!!
We modify "Both" sides of the shift shaft and also change the angle on the end of it for no charge when you buy a new shift shaft. That combined with our easy spring will make the Banshee shift like butter! If you have a low hour newer bike like 04-06 than prolly should just do the modded star. Older bikes or with more hours on them should consider the shift shaft mod..
I have tried them on the track, on the hill, and on the dyno. If you want a bike that "sounds fast" then lighten it. I do NOT prefer them on our motors. Just my .02
I would check with the HQ Sponsors as i think you will prolly get a better deal from any of us !!!
I believe your confused with 5mm long rod vs 4mm Stroke crank. They come 4mm stroke with 5mm longer rod (115mm HOT RODS) or 4 mm stroke with 110mm rod short rod ( Vitos).
V Force 3 reed cages, Depending on where you ride, maybe more compression than what you have now, gearing?, Then its on to porting and thats where your power will really shine!
Please clean them and scrape the gaskets. Pack them well including name and phone # with a note in the box and ship to http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/contactus.asp
Funny, i havent heard that saying in years.
Lol, Is that like pullin the ass out of a Rhino off idle??
But yeah on a side note, as said the DG pipes do run pretty decent for a play bike. Strong bottom to mid with ok top end.
OMG, I just talked to him (must of been shortly before that.) I hope he recovers quickly. Our prayers go out to him and his family. HQ family is here for ya bro, hollar if we can help!
Add a timing plate, coolhead, V force 3 reeds for bolt ons. Then your on to porting and thats when the power really shines. You dont have to have a 4mm stroker to get power. Our 350cc Dune/Play ports are no joke and a blast to ride. Ask Rubberneck on here as he has rode lots of different builds and will probably tell you his F.A.S.T. 350 is the most fun to ride. Call around and talk to the builders, they will help you choose a build to suite YOU! Welcome to HQ.
There is alot we carry and still dont have on the site such as Milled stock heads, Extreme Dunables, SHift drums with bearings, and much much more! PM sent!
You want a clean up - you get burrs knocked off. You want a drag port - you get a DRAG PORT! The way it should be imo but not what alot of builders do.

This may help , we usually sell the non oring for less friction/wieght to the Drag guys, and the X Ring for most all others. The X Ring is the new style O ring chain but with less friction as standard Orings.
