Todd is correct, you WILL need the adaptor to work with bigger carbs than stock. Always good to support those who support this site and the sport.. I too can get and sell the cheaper one but it seems most generally eveyone steps up to bigger carbs at some point and our sync tool works for all !

I've built and rode both, The Serval on PUMP gas is very similar to our Aggressive Dune/Play port on race gas . They are both gonna make 80hp plus range but the Serval will do it easier on pump gas.. The low end was about the same but the stock cyl was on Race gas and higher timing where as the Serval was plus 4 and prem gas. Give me a call as it would be cheaper to turn up your stock cyls.. Either way we want to make sure you are happy. : )

I recommend only boring to what size it takes to clean up the cyls.. then add cool head, timing plate, and reeds if you can afford it. Give us or any of the site sponsors a call as we can help !

"Long stretch of gravel road" ...... hole in piston = DEFINETLY ran low on fuel and leaned it out!! (Right side usually goes first in this situtation) Send them back to us and i will hone them for free if needed and get you going.

27.5 pilots, 300 mains, 290 if really hot out (or if you dont have timing plate and a cool head) should be pretty close/safe.

I would utimately ask who ported the mtr. that question as they would know better than anyone. Either pipe will work great most likely!

The Serval Cub or regular Cub would be a tad cheaper for you. We have seen people get into trouble when buying online/ebay as they dont always get all the parts needed or all the customer service needed. As said above any of the long time sponsosrs will be able to help you and prolly save you money!!

Depends on who did the porting. We have been able to pick up a ton more HP on "others" porting. Sometimes we can turn stock stroke porting into 4mm , sometimes we cant. Depends on durations.

We try to be more personable and offer tech advise/tips, etc. over the phone. Something you cant get online or ebay.. Thanks for the order and kind words guys! : )

IF you need a crank, might as well go 4mm and port your cyls. IF your crank is good then just port for stock stroke and it will make great power on a budget.

We run V Force in all our builds.. Have never tried the CHariots but im sure they are a good product as well.

Get the tool, set your idles so that they are the same on each carb (DOESNT matter what # , just as long as they are the same and you like the idle speed). Then raise rpm up a bit (so that both slides are pulling up a tad) and measure again. Make adjustments to cable adj. so that #s are the same. Done! : )

Yes you will need to report for 4mm if ported for 350 , and sometimes that doesnt work well depending on port heights. Like said IF you need/or have money for 4mm go for it but if not Our Play/Dune ports run very well as do others im sure.
