Laminate counter contact cement. Q tip and alcohol the back of the Decal and area to be stuck to. Put the cement on and smush the decal in to it and pull it back out. Let it get tacky for a few mins and squeegee it on.
Yes. I had a few small pieces at a buddy's shop and it appears we need some different tooling. There is a lot of conflicting info on what works and doesn't. So far I've seen one piece cut OK at best, and two more are scrap as the cutters exploded. The feed rate is far different then metal and it appears that the head is constantly snagging. Similar to that last nano second of when you are punching through steel and it pops and wants to bind up for a short burst. Carbon kind of cuts like that the whole time. Claude offered to do some testing once he's back to work, but I get the feeling I'll be a couple thousand in tooling for whoever decides they wanna do it.
There's the problem. Vent lines are going under vacuum if you're using a lid or top mount filter. They need to draw air in and like that, it's possible they are doing the opposite. Try it with the lines vented to atmosphere.
You will need to be able to machine jigs/fixtures or find someone kind enough to sell you theirs or fab you one. But here's an old walk through. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?/topic/146163-crankshaft-rebuild-walkthrough/
The point of a real website is to have organized product categories and the ability to run an actual E commerce shop. Facebook is just tons of photos you have to sift through to even find what you want, then you have to do the whole communication Tag back and forth before even getting info.
That's because:-People complain every time something is more then a sentence. (Those same folks are also the people who complain when there's minimal info.)
-People would rather you search old shit rather then get a fresh take on an old issue.
-People tell you to just pay a builder rather then trying to figure it out.
-Some mother fuckers know everything.
No matter what you do, somebody will be here to tell you, you did it all wrong... Haha. Just create a realistic budget, expect to go over budget, make something that makes you happy, and have fun.
Negative. You're referring to the jet fed by a tube off the bowl, correct? Those are called power jet. Some factory 250 dirtbike carbs had them but I think they were electronic. Lectrons have power jets as well.
Nice. My Old WCR was done that way. MachModified did the blue . Should be buttery smooth. In all reality people say it's over kill. But even just running the parts on a buffer and polishing everything that way helps a ton. The benefits only compound if you can not only polish, but improve all the micro surface imperfections and you have a real increase in how well it feels.
