  1. Check this monster out! http://www.visordown.com/news/new-bikes/stan-stephens%E2%80%99-1200cc-v6-two-stroke
  2. -Shift shaft isn't womped out on the claw end? -Is the shift shaft wobbling around in the case? Does it need a bushing in the cases -Eccentric bolt is adjusted properly? -Are the shift forks bent or worn?
  3. Single cranks aren't bad. Twins, triples, and quad cylinders get interesting. I've done a few singles, but I wouldn't touch a multi cyl set up.
  4. Sounds a bit fishy but that air box is choking your motor out if it's only eating a 260 with pipes, filter, and reeds. Keep an eye on it.
  5. Horrible idea for any trail machine. The weight helps maintain inertia when navigating trails and turns. If it's not strictly drag on a lighter set up its wasted effort in my opinion.
  6. It's vibrating bolts loose, so that's No Bueno. The major problem I see is that there's a bolt that came out that's not visible. You need to find that... Or disassemble it and verify that it's not in there.
  7. How much do you weigh and what are you doing with the motor? If you're over 150 Lbs, don't bother.
  8. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Thacker posted something a while back on face book about an automotive bushing that worked from Energy Suspension. I'll see if I can dig up some info.
  10. Hello oddball exhaust port.... Don't stress over the residual rust in the ports. Tends to happen on alky bikes. Especially if they're not purged. Get some photos from different angles. Just seeing that exhaust port, I'd assume they are some type of drag port.
  11. Jfc, I like this loosescrewz fella. Kind of a modern day Shakespeare
  12. Lame as it is, social media is the way to go these days.
  13. Your compression is fine at 130. Don't go chasing high compression with out having the crank trued and welded.
  14. Always use new gaskets and a dab of RTV or ThreeBond never hurts
  15. Mods like extra timing and compression that make heat benefit from a cooler plug.
  16. You're on the right track with the jets purchased. I'd definitely go back to the 8 series plug though.
