  1. Take your drain plug to the auto parts store. They have larger sized repair plugs what have a tap style tip. It literally cuts new threads as it's installed. It's magnetic so it holds most of its mess, but I'd suggest putting some extra oil through to flush any contaminants.
  2. Then bore you're stockers. No need to go buying cheap cylinders.
  3. The niche are not as nice as OEM, but totally workable if you let a builder touch up ports. What's your budget and what are your intentions? You could be money ahead buying a nice set of used stock cylinders that are already ported with the needed domes. Or there are the Driveline Cylinders. They have been getting stellar results for he price.
  4. Starting is typically based on the Pilot Jet. You need at least a 27.5 pilot. The fact that you need to give it has to get it to start is the motor telling you it needs more fuel.
  5. Jealousy is thick in here today... Do your thing Sheedawg. Fuck the haters.
  6. Nice ride! Looks good. What motor in that Dually? 454 or 6.5 diesel? That thing looks kinda clean.
  7. There's a Mexican dude that's been doing HS and full bore knock offs for a while.
  8. When mine were built, he mentioned he wanted to make a few changes. Mostly to the upper A arm. Due away with the heims and use the threaded ball joints to adjust camber.
  9. The 28mm PWK's would suit that build much better then the 35's.
  10. There are tons of builders in Michigan. Many have fell off, but there is still plenty of up and coming talent. Your choice in Driveline was a solid one.
  11. Did you find it or the cops? Just curious how it went when the thieving fuck was confronted?
  12. At this point you're about saving money so just find a standard stock stroke crank with 110 rods. At a minimum, find a quality used stock crank, have it trued and welded, and replace outer bearings.
  13. No hack saw? Try and post a pic directly over top with decent light.
  14. Simple stuff like changing plug boots, and making sure you have plugs with actual solid tops instead of thread on tops will help. Set the pick up gap on the stator/flywheel. Make sure you're using the right fuel, not just putting race fuel or AV gas in a set up that should just be burning premium ol 91-93 octane.
  15. Well, there's an issue. Because 120's in 28mm PWK's should be way lean for that set up, but the plugs look pig rich. Almost fouled.
  16. Thought you said it was stock? No exhaust or pod filters?
  17. Pig rich. But make sure electronics are in order and firing well before going down on jets.
  18. Wow! 155 is gonna be hella lean. Especially for a 392 serval. What needle is in it? Should be an EEK or at least EE# of some sort.
  19. Post pictures of spark plugs. Close up on the strap, straight view of the bottom, and side/angle type view of the strap as well. A leak down is a way to determine that the motor is indeed sealed up and not sucking in additional air or eating coolant. Use expansion plugs from an auto store on the exhaust, and make two PVC caps to go in the intake boots. One should have a gauge, the other should have a valve stem. Only put 6psi in the motor and it should hold for roughly 6 mins. In all honesty, if a motor has an air leak though, it will lean hang off idle and you'd know there was an issue. I'd bet you are letting compression blow by in to the coolant system. If you kick it a few times and listen, you may be able to hear it gurgling air pressure in to the coolant system.
