  1. Korey Kennedy at Kompulsive concepts can get you a brand new harness whipped up in any variation you could dream of for a killer price.
  2. Verify it all looks good. Make another attempt at assembly. Do a compression rest again with a known to be good tester. If ot still shows something weird, do a leak down.
  3. No, he still flips parts and bought a well known parts distributor.
  4. Doubtful. There would be a plate of it was 10 mil. I'd imagine it's an old school big bore sleeve 4mil motor. No way it's making those numbers with a big bore sleeve choking transfers and no welded transfers or triple exhaust.
  5. If you're gonna take it all apart to port it, you might as well do a full tear down and do a +4mil stroker crank. Get the crank porting and through a site sponsor who is a shop so it can be welded. A trail port would be a good start. Definitely get a cool head with custom domes made for your specific set up. Whoever ports it should also be able to do the domes. Also, look in to a timing plate. A few degrees or more can net a good gain. You could always upgrade the pipes and carbs down the road.
  6. It would be sweet if I could go directly to the home page from a thread with out having hit 4-5 links.
  7. Why put it in an archaic banshee frame? Banshee's are about the worst frame design when it comes to any of the sport quads. There is a reason any bike worth riding has 2K plus in front end suspension parts. I'd say find a Blaster or any newer 4 stroke chassis from the 400ex to new 450's.
  8. Find her a blaster to ride. Fuck riding doubles. Sketchy if you're going fast, and no fun if you're playing it safe.
  9. Fireball, Lonestar, Stellar, Etc...
  10. In all honesty the divider in the transfer is far gone, but I have seen another set similar where the divider was cut even further up in to the cylinder. That motor was a 100+ hp 350 stock cyl... Guys have done and tried many things in the name of trial and error. The only way to see what they do is to bolt them on.
  11. Do a full tear down and inspect the bottom end components. I'd imagine there is something stray dancing around from the bottom end, or parts were not completely cleaned up on assembly. Very cool build. Hope you can get it sorted out.
  12. Definitely do not do that. The YFZ stuff has horrible ball joint geometry as it is when mounted to the banshee pivot points. Now add even more travel to that and I see a snapped or failed ball joint in your future.
  13. Even emailed that info he asked for, and asked what is different with the new design. Zero response. That was a great time.
  14. Does anyone remember when Ricky Stator tried to get one of their employees to come on here to figure out why banshee owners are no longer purchasing their product? Oh my what a warm welcoming feeling.
