In all honesty, I'm surprised it starts with only 80psi in the cylinders. May wanna check with another gauge to be sure. But if it is indeed 80psi, it's time for a rebuild. Quite likely if it is burned down, it's thanks to those 200 jets being to small.

pull the clutch cover first. If there isn't any obvious culprit, you'll be splitting the cases.

Did you give it more fuel then what you had before porting?

As said in your other thread, 200's are lean if it's got pods. It's starving for fuel, that's why it tapers off at 3/4 throttle.

I think what you have there is salvageable. The exhaust looks like they didn't get a very uniform chamfer, but it's fixable. They actually did OK on the intake, and it looks like the transfers got some work.

Aftermarket pipes? As is those 200's are lean with your pod filters. If it's just got filters and stock pipes, find some 240's. May as well just do some 27.5 pilots to. Ditch that boost bottle or pay for a melt down later.

This will just show the differences between pumper and gravity fed. But definitely check that link out up top. It's from a kart builder using PWK's. It'll at least break down what's going on.

Oh, forgot to mention that 3.8 seat is a gravity fed set up.

CP Industries has quite a few cylinder options for the Banshee. Their most popular line up is the Cub. Available in plenty different stroke and bore combinations. Typically anything 72mm bore will be referred to as "Super". IE, Super Cub or Super Serval... The cub sold very well, however they have porting more suited toward wide open duning or drag racing. Eventually CP Industries and builders worked together to fill a void in the market for the guys more in to riding trails. They took the cub and made it with a little bit different port timing so the motor would react earlier and make more of a torquey grunt feeling much earlier, and not need to be revved to the moon to be on the pipe. The new cylinder was called the Serval Cub (all their cylinders are named after large cats)

Both cylinders. The pin in lower rod end is moved out in the crank web 2mm. So when it's moving the crank goes lower 2mm and higher 2mm. Creating a total of 4mm of additional stroke.

Where in Michigan? I'm in White Lake. Have you considered the newer Driveline Cylinders? They are out of Michigan.
