  1. When are you gonna machine me a mega Billit bowl for both carbs with a diaphragm housing built in to it?
  2. N down if you actually race. If you play it's nice to have first there incase you accidentally stomp on it beyond first. I like mine because it prevents a missed gear on the hole shot and I never really shift below 3rd. But my old play motors always had stock pattern and I definitely prefer it in the trails.
  3. Pj1 high temp paint. Closest to the factory black finish as it gets.
  4. Six OEM or possibly the Barnett pack with 3 HD and 3 OE.
  5. That is an awesome bike! Next time you get in to the motor, take a pass on Duncan and really wake that thing up. Looks killer and good luck with that swing arm.
  6. Safe to assume you're talking about a PWK carb? If so, leave the idle screw all the way in and try bottoming out the air fuel screw and then try backing it out 2 1/2 - 3 turns. Make a note of each result. Odds are that it may respond better to the air screw being out which will indicate that it wants a smaller pilot jet.
  7. is it revving up high or just keeps falling on its face?
  8. Grab your self a Clymers Manual. The items to check will be worn shift shaft, out of adjustment eccentric screw, and verify they are all adjusted properly.
  9. Quality shocks and A arms. Steering dampener. Anti vibe handle bar clamps or Flexx bars.
  10. It's hit or miss I suppose. IMO, it's just another case of a shop getting to big with out having the right amount of competent man power to keep up and continue the same quality.
  11. Ordered pegs and dress up parts that were supposedly in stock. Waited three weeks. Finally called and they claimed I didn't make a purchase. I gave them order info and they then claimed my card info didn't go through. I then emailed a bank statement showing the charge. They told me that it must of been a mix up and that they will send parts. After two more weeks I still didn't have parts and when I called again I was told I had to wait for some parts to be made. So I asked for a refund and they refused. Parts finally came another two to three weeks later and the gas cap threads were off enough to gaul up the threads on the tank. The pegs had trashy thin welds. FYI, those legs have come apart on several other folks. Just google RIS Designs and look at what guys are saying. Sport bike crowd, Harley crowd, and the banshee guys are all chalked full of negative reviews.
  12. CPI's actually do pretty well on the 421 Cubs. They'll make it come on a little sooner then the Shearers. Plus they should actually fit a little better over the Shearers.
  13. Grab a set from Cascade before they're gone!
  14. I hope you're prepared to spend a small fortune and good luck. They are getting hard to find.
  15. I no longer bother with the little skid plates for the A arms. To be honest I haven't bolted them on in over 10 years. The last set of A arms they went on were +2+1 Armadillo A arms and they went on pretty decent. There are so many arms out there that there is no garuntees on them fitting every arm well.
  16. PRM is desert grade durability. Good shit. I have a full PRM set up for when I'm trail riding and it takes major abuse. I keep hearing they are getting ready to close up shop though.
  17. If everything was already the right valving, length, etc, it would be worth it. However that rear shock is of no use to you. Sell it. And if the fronts will need to be rebuilt for your weight they really are of no use either. I'd say sell that stuff and just buy banshee specific parts for you. If you are determined to use the fronts, I believe Laegers, and Fireball use 17.5-18.5 inch shocks.
