  1. I'd like the option to buy it back if you ever let it go.
  2. Pretty slick build you got going on. Your Fireball swingarm is pretty close to a -2 I just had done last summer. Stout for sure. Much lighter then the Roll swinger.
  3. Look in the most recent Flat Track post. Some fella there was parting a swaybar.
  4. Some surgeon or funeral parlor will appreciate the business.
  5. Their A arms are total fucking trash and have got people hurt.
  6. In time... You do realize even an 80hp 4mil is an absolute death trap on stock suspension? It's gotta be a total package or chassis first then motor. Not the other way around. Unless you have health and life insurance. Then it doesn't matter.
  7. Special06 had a ton of clutch stuff a while back. Check the For Sale section to see if it's still there.
  8. ^ See, you can definitely teach an old dog new tricks.
  9. Core parts $1000 Misc. OEM parts $400 Crank $1500 Cylinders $1000 Misc. machine work $1000 Trans $300 Clutch and Lock up parts & cover $500 Now add pipes, carbs, electronics, reeds, and all the other supporting stuff. Double your budget if you plan on making the chassis safe enough to handle a 521 super fun on spray.
  10. I will go out on a limb and say you have a bit to much compression and timing together. If that o ring looks melted at any point that's a major indicator.
  11. That's a pretty small dome for a cub. And you said one of the o rings on the head was chewed up? With out seeing the o ring, I can't be definite, but detonation can make them get pretty gnarly. What kind of timing re you throwing at this thing?
  12. Those are actually great pipes. Kind of halfway between CPI and Shearers. They hit pretty early and still pull good RPM.
  13. Clue: The fella's at Driveline (Bill & Lane) got their feet wet for years with Vito's.
  14. This seems to be the reason most jump to the 2/1 stuff. In the end, it is way more finicky. If you don't know how to get the stock carbs dialed in well, this will not be easier. Look in to making sure that carb has and EEK needle.
  15. OP, you'll have to order the next size up on the piston and have them bored to fit. Make sure to use a machinist that knows to size the bore to a piston, not some guy who just bores to what some nominal package size says.
