  1. Correct me if I'm wrong, but JJ&A is gun drilling, correct?
  2. Zilla & Claude, why is JJ&A drilling vs using tube...? It's more work, why bother with it, if they are making a weaker product?
  3. Just trying to give ya an insight on how it could be perceived. I'm just curious how someone didn't know the trans was bad, put it together, then found out the trans was bad with out running it on the dyno.
  4. Deleted variable part as you posted. Makes sense though.
  5. I also understand the strength being stronger on a solid part, but sometimes a part that can handle some flex lives longer then a heavy solid part that would rather snap then twist. At least that's my minimal experience.
  6. I'm no metalurgist. But wouldn't the hole down the middle add some sort of torsional benefits?
  7. Never be sorry when you start a cheese thread.
  8. Delete your post about going to Idaho. First. If you were serious, this is in incriminating evidence. Second. If you were serious, you would of went with out threatening it.
  9. When it gets to the point where things aren't done, money isn't refunded, and you are dodging calls and messages, there is a problem. Then for any builder to ship a motor like that and make some smug ass comment like "Enjoy the free rags. Lol" That's just some dick who thinks he's got enough of a following to make this go away. Piss poor way to handle it.
  10. Nate admits it all on the Facebook post. Just made excuses. I like Nate, but I think he certainly could/should have addressed it differently.
  11. Get your self a Clymers manual. These things are actually pretty easy once you go through it all one time.
  12. On a stock trans, you really won't be able to walk the trans through all the gears by hand unless you are spinning the sprocket part of the shaft by hand as well.
  13. Kinda. If you look on the RzRD forums, there will be some cool info on it if you dig.
  14. There has definitely been a few grandiose attempts at tuned intake length and velocity stacks. Gary at SRP, Wayne "Wobbly" Wright on the TSS 500's, Plenty of GP guys playing with Aprillas and other two strokes, even Mull Engineering had a lengthened intake. Do they work? Sure if done right. Definitely a marginal result. In the end the reason you don't see much of it is because nobody worth a fuck is getting results that are worth a fuck.
  15. Exactly. I feel like they come on a little sooner then the T5's to.
  16. White. Mint. $700 shipped. Let me know if you want pics.

  18. You can port for the stock stroke, or port it for the 4mil. You don't see much gain just swapping the crank. There needs to be a total package to get the benefits of stroke. A good stock cyl 4mil can make mid 70+ hp on pump fuel and 80+ hp on race gas.
  19. Pics for proof. Upon validation, I will bid 7, correction, make that 8 natural lights that someone has left in my fridge.
