  1. Well no Sirius for me. I just got my first Christmas present and it was a full XM portable kit with the car and home setups plus a 2 year subscription. Never would have bought it for myself but it's pretty cool so far. I can record XM and listen to it later and I could take it jogging if I wasn't so lazy.  :shrugani:

Channel 48- Squizz kicks ass. You will love it if you like harder stuff.

  2. I'm from PA. We ride mostly in the Pocono area(hazleton/weatherly/macadoo) but also ride in Jersey occasionally and head up to trevorton occasionally. We will also hit up some of the tracks like raausch creek, englishtown and others. Tower city is another cool place to ride. There are places all over eastern PA to go, where about are you at?

  3. We always called it Millville, but yeah it's that same area. I haven't ridden there in at least a year but a couple of guys I know said they have been there a handful of times this past summer. I heard about the stumps and dirt, but they said that they were taking the access road all the way to the end then parking there. Like I sad, it's been a while for me but I know people are still riding there :shrugani:

I've been heading up the mountains alot recently. We go up to Hazleton, Weatherly, Macadoo, etc. You can park at any one of those places and ride to the others. You get a little more dirty riding up there, but its still a good time.

  4. It's definately a cool place to ride. I found out about it from Nyuk, and have been there a number of times with both my bike and the shee. That water is cool as hell, like something out of a movie. I've also always ridden in Millvile NJ, another awesome place to ride. That place is HUGE, you can ride forever there.

Somebody also mentioned Trevorton- We make a couple trips up there per year. By far the biggest hillclimbs I have ever seen. Its like 3 hrs from the Philly area, so we don't make that trip much but when we do its a blast. Our last trip there about 3 months ago a kid that went with us snapped his leg in half on his brand new 400ex. :rotflmao:

  5. I am an electrician here in Houston Tx and work for a indipendant shop. The I.B.E.W here stands for I'm  Broke  Every  Week. all of the guys that I know that work or have worked for the union are alway out of work and layed off

    -I Block Every Walkway

    -I'm broke every wednesday

Thats all I can think of right now, but theres plenty more. Also, "We do it nice 'cuz we do it twice"

BTW, IBEW Local 380 here

  6. Piece of piston skirt could have broken off and lodged itself inbetween crank or rod and something else. It may have worked itself free and thats why it kicks fine again, but the pieces in there are the little bit of extra noise you are hearing. I'd personally pull the cylinders and look at the piston skirts. Ive seen it on other quads where the compression is perfect, but the whole bottom of the piston is gone :whoa:

  7. I picked up an '87 :cough: Honda 250r :cough:. This thing is very clean for an '87, straight frame, not much rust etc. The problem with it is there's a hole/crack in the trans side case. It came with another case, extra stock bore cylinder, trans, covers, and a bunch more crap. It also came with two extra sets of wheels, 2 different Paul Turner racing pipes, and get this........a title too. I got the whole setup for $1400 from a local kid who didn't feel like fixing it. I started on splitting the cases and all last night and finished assembling the motor today. I wanted to get it all together and fire her up this evening, but like an idiot I lost the damned woodruff key when I pulled the flywheel off banghead So now I have to pick up a key, and I should be able to get her going in no time. I think I did allright, what do you guys think?? I bough it as a moneymaker, because I could never actually keep a Honda in my garage.

  8. So you're looking for like a parts manual???

Motherbitch  Where did you find that?? Thats not the model of bike I have, but still. My bike has the chain drive on the right side and a jackshaft belt drive on the left side. If you can find me info on the particular bike I have, I definately want it. It looks pretty much identical to the one pictured, but no headlight and the difference in drives I listed. Thanks

  9. I have the Shift squadron pants. They are exactly what you are looking for, because thats exactly what I was looking for. If you are a 34, get a 36 for the squadrons. They fit a little tight for their sizes, but they have a belt so you are safe if you go up a size on them. I am a 34, got 36's and couldn't be happier. I got the squadron jersey and pants on ebay for $100 shipped brand new from DSR Powersports. Me and about 4 of my buddies all got these, and are alll quite happy with them.
