  4. I AM EXPERIENCING SOME HARD TO SHIFT PROBS, I HAVE ALL BOLT ON PARTS AND PORTING DONE. I AM INSTALLING A TUDOR SHIFT PRO KIT AND AM WONDERING IF I SHOULD MOD THE SHIFT STAR AND DO THE SHIFT KIT? IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD DO WHILE I AM IN THERE? 2 THINGS I HAVN'T DONE IS LIGHTEN FLYWHEEL AND TIMING ADVANCE.
  5. i have been calling and e-mailing this guy for a week and can't get a hold of him I have been waiting for a swing arm for over a month.

  7. i have called the number on the website a number of times trying to buy the tidor shift pro kit and these guys don't call back. are they still in business? does anyone else sell it?
  8. i do the same type of riding and have a 13, for your set up its perfect for hill climbing and wheelys. the difference is you can pull the hills in a higher gear. I have also done porting and will be changing to a 14 and extending the swing arm.
  9. anybody know if there are any distributors for the Tudor shift pro kit? I've left several message on the number from the web site and get no response.
  10. why does everyone compare thier bike to the banshee?...... cause its still the king.
  11. I've painted quad plastics twice. I am fortunate enough to be in autobody business so I have all the right struff. The only thing that will really look nice is a base/clear system. I used Dupont once and just painted mine with Standox. Your local paint store that supplies body shops can give all the right materials and tell you what to use. all the paint systems have flex additiives that go in the clear and primer(if Used) that allow for flex. I just rolled mine in the sand 2 full roles and didn't damage the paint. The big thing is to prep them thoroghly, especiallly if thier used. If heavy scratches are in the plastic youll probably have to prime and resand before you can paint. This can be a challenging project but very rewarding, hope this helps.
  12. i believe that 3k is about right for a quality fire job with air brushing sculls in there too. awesome paint. i have painted mine, but no graphics yet
  13. what is the advantage of running a -2 swing arm in the sand; what kind of gearing do you run. thanks for the reply.
