that dyno looks fishy to me ,cpi rev far and high and shouldnt be doing whats shown in the graph.the most innacurrate dynos come directly from the product manufacturers dynometer. seems strange to run booze on a mild port :blink:and id be willing to bet that dyno is on a serious stroker crank too.

i use kerosense and babyoil for premixing on my pecker! no you should nt need to jet maybe a size bigger main if your on the brink of running on the lean side before this mod.your 110 mains sound very very rich

i wouldnt pay more than 145$ total for a whole.080 topend kit(includes everything you mention and more ),i would also not pay more than 40 $ per cylinder to have them bored and honed,thats 225$ save yourself some $$$$ friend

i just bought a verde blue and black gripper(25$+shipping everyday price) for my wifes 04 blaster it matches up so damn nice with the yzblue going flawlessly down and around the black gripper top and the gripper material is very high quality compared to some others ive seen on ebay.you just callem up and they ll taylor the color scheme to your liking.

ive been useing it for my new rebuild maybe 10 hrs max and it cools like nothing else and i left the jug out by accident in 5 degree weather -never froze and in nw Pa it gets very very cold at night,its worth the money IMO

all teh factory riders use them all the race motors run them anybody who is kickin ass on their local track have them in their motors theres a reson these things are happening ,its because they kickass they dont compare to my old ported cages with carbon fiber reeds ,or my old boyseen rad valve i had its was a huge noticable difference on my bike ! 197$ (buy it now )usually on ebay its good for +2hp and +3 lbs of torque on a stock motor with pipes

ive flown model airplanes and the choppers are very very difficult i knew actual chopper pilots who tried the rc and said its way harder to fly the damn things than a real chopper when the helicopter is coming toward you all controls reverse and its very frustrating and youll need lots of time on it to get decent and not destroy the thing.they are cool but in an instant it can be completly destroyed in untrained hands

38mm airstryker would be killerbut i dontreally like single setups on modifed twins .small duals can feed some hella fuel and help out.singles do work great on mild bikes and stockers though.just not enough cfm for porting and/or strokers

your bogging range would be a combination of a pilot and needle clip postition ,they overlap ,youll need to dial it in on both circuits .i know if im off on a jet circuit with my carbs by a good margin itll effect the othes even if there set correctly . alot of pepole opt to jet for summer with no lid/or a cut modified lid and in winter just throw a original stock lid back on to richen her out a couple main sizes.good luck

i know what i would do ! hit up boonman for your stocker to be cut .you dont need to see the gain will surprise you for the price .the lightened flywheel is such a great budget mod that really is noticable right off idle.youll love it
