this guy and a host of others are truly talented artists ,using software to determine everything in a 2 stroke motor and knowing the resultsand ratings before you even put a grinder to it is pretty neat IMO,i do porting on 2 strokes but certaintly cant extract the kinda power the pros can they are the difference between making a fast motor and an insanely fast motor.

yes itll hook up way way way better with 20 inch low pressured turf tamers with every other row and every other nub cut out,use horse hoof nippers 35$ work great and safe to so theyres a whole row uncut then the next row has every other nub cut ,if its cut otherwise, expect major wear in no time.

damn sounds like a lot of people have had problems with them and serious ones too im surprised they are as popular as they are ,with thier poor service and frequent lies

a word of caution those bikes have garbage valve seals and valve guides , they are not very good on topends for a 4 stroke even ones in good shape . your current problem sounds like your runnin lean and need to drop the needle clip position,4 strokes are funny like that, a clip position will make all the difference versus a she where you might go 10 sizes up on a main after a pipe and filter kit!

with a little finnagangling toomeys stinger and silencers fit up, theres a pic of a guy who did this experiment on here! or do what locogato and i did, cut your silencer down in overall length 2.5-3 inches ,looks and sounds much better!

ive done this with procircuit silencer and stingers .i connected them to my stock pipes and cut my stock mid section tubes a bit to fit with some rubber ring pieces and hose clamps.worked good and helped increase topend power by a good margin .i did this only because i was waiting on the expansion pipesto come in,which by the way was a helluva lot better than that setup.youll be alot better off buying the whole set instead of jerry rigging up exhaust systems,and id be looking into t5s or rockets save ,save save

good post 1800 , banshees are in a league of there own they just plain kick so much ass i was a bit surprised to se the yfz400 dynos! a damn modded 400ex was even with it for the most part till the top rpms !you gotta love 2 strokes

get the head first ,but dont forget about the v froce for later!!!!! its leaps and bounds over boyseen garbage reeds. these 2 mods and a lighter flywheel with a timing advance really help out that banshee punch we all love

give the boysens to your cat to bat around and play with then buy some vforce 2's and ge t your 350 dune ported by passion racing or a&s or patriot .dont waste your money on a vito 404 kit ,it will lack the transfer volume and run hot because of inadequate cooling jacket passages for the size. a very good dune port will put you near 65-70 and 35-40 lbs of torque,thats plenty for about any situation and still be plenty reliable

on a stock flywheel degree keys work great, on a cut flywheel degree keys shear alot due to the faster onset of the spin (instant powerband power) in theory it should be fine, tell that to the thousands of she owners who wasted thier money on those vito lead drippingsof a key,for another 10 bucks just buy a ricky stator adjustable timing plate and save yourself future aggrevation! or mod your stock plate

i have a shearer inframe drag pipe on my wifes 04 blaster and it fuckin rips (4th gear wheely machine).sounds and looks just like toomey b1 but i paid 201$ shipped to my door with all new hardware
