  4. not really ..a sneaky neighbor cat with its tail on fire will burn in consistent 3.1's on gasoline
  5. 20$ bucks+shipping for the stock heel/foot gaurds off a 2000, gray & in good shape or trade for adjustable clutch perch for a she

  8. yo ugotta be careful with tusk some stuff is good and some stuff is pure shit IMO
  9. the nology is small and compact(tucked up away too)it has two small holes through its body that are not the same centerline distance as the stock coil body which makes it so yo u can really only bolt up one of the bolts into it which is more than plenty considering if you tap out the little inner hole liner itll accept a nice larger 10mm bolt ,and you can just zip tie through the other hole to keep it from going anywhere ,the coil is tight, rigid, and totally stationary this way and so it really requires no special mounting bullshit as claimed IMO the 120$at the Kd cycle site is such a great deal BTW
  10. you can easily buy drag ported cub mono for 1100$ brand new those prices sound a bit steep on all

damn whoops and their hard uneven surfaces get better
  13. theyre on fleabay... hey im not saying they are equal to a good port job of coarse but an improvment over stock . when an exhaust bridge is utilized you effectivly can go up to 95% of the bore in exhuast width down the road when it gets ported .they can also be bored out more than standard sleeves too ,nonbridged exhuast ports can only be opened 70-75% of the bore, having a large wide exhuast makes a huge difference in power/torque and any builder would agree with that,im pretty sure all modern dirtbike motors have bridged exhuasts for this reason
  14. wow, that sounds likealot of fun, im gonna have to come out there next time. i got family stuff this weekend ,how often does this type of racing take place over there?
  15. ive ran pro circuits i n the past on my she and never had any problems making them stay in the power range, they actually pull higher and slightly broader in the rpm range than t5... but t5s have that nice hard "hit" that makes riding fun
  16. IMO humidity affects jetting much more than elevation ,its a big difference
  17. yes its noticable ,its kinda like a lightened flywheel mod (quicker revs ,more torque sooner ),it starts easier ,mine pulls harder off idle for sure, its only 140$ with wires/coils etc. and whole 9 yards. its a really good mod IMO and the coil is so overlooked , it is the heart of your engines spark ability. midcal racing on planet sand , nology actually has their own site too, also id check out hollywood dirt and some otherts i forgot right now. its worth it and is cheap HP IMo
  18. viper sleeves by far!!! they have an exhaust bridge and wider exhuast port and in general a more agressive port layout that blends into your stock jug ,a nice cheap upgrade instead of the lame stock style sleeve types
  19. those higher displacement bikes you mentioned will certainly have really good torque and rip hard but if your goal is to simply be quick and hand some 4 pokes there asses all day a properly built 347cc banshee can do that with dune porting and some mods and when your ready to wanna hang with the bigger bikes, then look into a cheetah cub 4 mill motor upgrade IMHO your budget will determine your power increase $$$$$$$$$
