Ok, hope you guys are ready for a laugh...I have rebuilt a few motors in my day, but never a two stroke..My banshee locked up, killed a piston due to a lean condition, lost everything on the exhaust side skirt, so I tore it down, split the case to tear it down and clean it out...punched the cylinders and have everything to put it together, but the clutch setup, and clutch installation....and the kickstarter spring have me a little tripped up, is there a good online manual, I am a college student, and dont really have the resources at the moment, just cut a 2000 dollar check...to get a clymer manual... So I guess the real question is...Anyone know of a good online manual for putting this bad dog together again... Sorry for the Novel I wrote...

I always thought dodge quad cabs were a little tight, especially in the back seat, but you cant knock the cummins, or the 'stroke....fords are comfy, I like the one of ours, and our chev with a duramax is like cruising a caddy, really nice, damn tight.... I will always stand by this saying.... Its not whatcha got on the hood, Its what your willing to do underneath it!

With mine set at plus four I gained bottom end and it pulls a lot harder to get to the powerband....

Most sleds have mik's...and from what I understand, a flatslide mikuni has better throttle response than a typical roundslide carb..

only go as far as needed, i concur that its a waste to go more than you need.
