I run Sunoco 110 octane purple with Mobil MX-2T synthetic pre-mix at 40:1 and MX4T protects the gears.

  1. Prep is everything. If you continue to polish you will eventually want to scrap the palm sander and use an air diegrinder and 3m roloc discs. Cuts the prep time significantly. Nice wheel and nice job BTW!!
  2. There's only 1 right way to do it. Needs a TIG filler then sanded smooth and rechromed. No dent though so you were lucky in that aspect.
  3. 5.5 liter V-8 with 382 hp. Thing will actually fly for a luxury sedan. It's a blast to drive.
  4. Hey Tyler!!! Yea he better pay me back. Funny thing is he's 13 and already has a guaranteed full ride scholarship to 1 college. Pro's to far away at this point but is defintely a possibility. So anyway I'm paying for his college now, lol. Hey where's the arcade? Don't play at work anymore, they have filters that don't allow it now. I was probably slowing the system down with my gaming, haha. Good to chat with you guys. I'll post some pics soon of my new toy. I just have to wait for my rims to come in.
  5. Great bike, especially if your going to buy used I'd take a Honda over any of the other brands. I've had a 929 since 2000 and love it.
  6. Hope everything is going well here at BHQ. I still have the shee and I dust it off every 3 or 4 months or so. I need to hit the dunes, just hard to find the time as kids keep me busy with their sports. We travel all over the U.S. playing soccer and we're headed to Manchester England this summer so my son can play with the english professional academy teams. Should be a great learning experience. Anyway if you guys head to LS, let me know. Have a Merry Christmas!!!! Anyone steal my most polished banshee crown yet? lol.

    Shock ?

    What surface do you race on? Dirt, sand, asphalt, and do you race competitive or for fun? I would use the shaws unless track surfaces are not very smooth. Shaws are a great shock but I have actually seen ONE fail when the track got rough. Believe me it is not a pretty sight to see a banshee flip at 70mph in the sand from shock failure.
  9. A new set of steelers dual rates with rezi's will cost you 5 to 600 dollars and w/o rezi's around 350 to 400. A rebuild for a +2 a arm will cost around 200.
  10. He asked for Best hands down, that would be RPM dominator easily. Their customer support and warranty is the best in the ATV industry, they set the standard!!! Though I honestly doubt you will ever use the warranty.
  11. Wonder what he means by the jacket? Sounds to me like you guys may have two different problems. One with a wire too long and one with the entire cable too long. I have the motion pro terminator as well, no probs.
  12. You should send them off to works to get the proper valve and springs for your weight and make sure they are safe to use for your quad.
  13. The Nology coil is the only way to go.
