Does it come in a kit?
-
Where would be a good place to purchase them?

So I bought a new clutch thinking my old one was shot since the adjustment was all the way out on the handle. I then noticed the old one was in good shape. So got wondering what was going on. Grabed the clutch basket and was able to move the whole basket and shaft up and down. So im thinking maybe the bearing behind the clutch basket is out. My question is do yall think this is my problem and how hard is that to change out. Also should I go ahead and replace the other bearings in the bottom end since im going to have to split the case anyway?

Tires!!! 20" Turf tamers work good for me and my riding.

St. Joe is kinda in central arkansas. PM race-a-holic he knows where its at. Northeast of Little Rock, about 190 miles form Springfield.

There is a flattrack race in heber this weekend, anyone want to go? I think the name is Cleabern county speedway. Has anyone been there before?
-
Your best bet would be a Sparks TT Pipe. One of the best pipes out there. I have two friends with them, at first one had a lrd pipe and he switched to a sparks, and he was satisfied. FTZ also makes a good pipe.

Thats ok me and my buddy are still going, and race-a-holic Tommy said your a$$ was his!

Where can you get a banshee rear shock rebuilt, and for how much? If anyone has one just laying around would you get rid of it, in good condition of course?

Here is a couple, one is kinda long but worth it. Last weekend I saw something at Collectors Firearms in Houston that sparked my interest. The occasion was our 45th anniversary and I was looking for a little something extra for my wife Lynn. What I came across was a 100,000 volt, pocket/purse-sized taser. The effects of the taser were supposed to be short lived, with no long-term adverse affect on your assailant, allowing her adequate time to retreat to safety.... WAY TOO COOL! Long story short, I bought the device and brought it home. I loaded two triple A batteries in the darn thing and pushed the button. Nothing! I was disappointed. I learned, however, that if I pushed the button AND pressed it against a metal surface at the same time; I'd get the blue arch of electricity darting back and forth between the prongs. Awesome!!! Unfortunately, I have yet to explain to Lynn what that burn spot is on the face of her microwave. Okay, so I was home alone with this new toy, thinking to myself that it couldn't be all that bad with only two triple-a batteries,. right?!!! There I sat in my recliner, my dog, Gretchen looking on intently (trusting little soul) while I was reading the directions and thinking that I really needed to try this thing out on a flesh & blood moving target. I must admit I thought about zapping Gretchen (for a fraction of a second) and thought better of it. She is such a sweet dog. But, if I was going to give this thing to my wife to protect herself against a mugger, I did want some assurance that it would work as advertised. Am I wrong? So, there I sat in a pair of shorts and a tank top with my reading glasses perched delicately on the bridge of my nose, directions in one hand, taser in the other. The directions said that a one-second burst would shock and disorient your assailant; a two-second burst was supposed to cause muscle spasms and a major loss of bodily control; a three-second burst would purportedly make your assailant flop on the ground like a fish out of water. Any burst longer than three seconds would be wasting the batteries. All the while I'm looking at this little device measuring about 5" long, less than 3/4 inch in circumference; pretty cute really and loaded with two itsy, bitsy triple-a batteries, thinking to myself, "no possible way!" What happened next is almost beyond description, but I'll do my best..... I'm sitting there alone, Gretchen looking on with her head cocked to one side as if to say, "don't do it master," reasoning that a one-second burst from such a tiny little ole thing couldn't hurt all that bad.. I decided to give myself a one-second burst just for the heck of it. I touched the prongs to my naked thigh, pushed the button, and HOLY MOTHER, WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION@!@$@$%!@ *!!! I'm pretty sure Hulk Hogan ran in through the side door, picked me up in the recliner, then body slammed us both on the carpet, over and over and over again. I vaguely recall waking up on my side in the fetal position, with tears in my eyes, body soaking wet, both nipples on fire, testicles nowhere to be found, with my left arm tucked under my body in the oddest position, and tingling in my legs. The dog was standing over me making sounds I had never heard before, licking my face, undoubtedly thinking to herself, "do it again, do it again!" Note: If you ever feel compelled to "mug" yourself with a taser, one note of caution: there is no such thing as a one-second burst when you zap yourself. You will not let go of that thing until it is dislodged from your hand by a violent thrashing about on the floor. A three second burst would be considered conservative. SON-OF-A-.. that hurt like he**!!! A minute or so later (I can't be sure, as time was a relative thing at that point), collected my wits (what little I had left), sat up and surveyed the landscape. My bent reading glasses were on the mantel of the fireplace. How did they up get there??? My triceps, right thigh and both nipples were still twitching. My face felt like it had been shot up with Novocain, and my bottom lip weighed 88 lbs. I'm still looking for my testicles? I'm offering a significant reward for their safe return. Two drunks walk into a bar. The first drunk looks at his buddy and says "I gotta go use the can." So he wonders off to the bathroom and is gone for 5 ... 10... 20 minutes. Well his friend gets pissed off and goes in to get him. He finds him in there and asks "What the hell are you doing?" The first drunk repies "Everytime I flush, something reaches up and grabs my balls." The second drunk looks at him and says "Well ya dumbass, you sittin on the mop bucket"

ok, guys its been a long time but here I go, I was riding my bike the other day, (about 70 to 75 deg outside) and it was running funny. Started fine, warmed it up and took off and it ran fine for a few passes and then it started cutting out on the top of the gears. Before this I switched to iridium plugs and changed jetting, becouse it was off, but it was cooler that day. (50 to 60 deg). It seems like it runs fine untill you get to the top of every gear and it starts cutting out. In 6th gear it will not wind all the way out after a few passes, it seems like it has a little flat spot right at the top (maybe 2 seconds) and then is starts going again before this I am running +5 timming, do you think timming is an issue. Plugs look ok but kinda weird to read iridiums to me. Does anyone have any advice on this? Running 180 or185 mains

I have a problem, my bike cuts out on the very top of the rev in every gear. would this be a main jet problem. Am I too rich or too lean? running 195 main right now but have a 185 I could try. I did a plug check and the color was ok but the the plug looked really wet like it was flooding out. The bike runs perfect untill you hit the top of the rev. Thanks for any help.

Timing plates and degree keys?
superbanshee03 replied to 94BANSHEE's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
I was running a +3 deg key and bought the ricky stator plate, but didnt tighten the flywheel good and sheared the stock key so I replaced it with the +3 and set the plate at 1. It has worked fine so far but I would recommend the plate alone with stock key. -
Ok guys I found a yz250 and it clean. The guy wants 2500 for it. I has every thing new chaine, sprokets, hand guards, graphic kit new tires, very clean, aluminum subframe extra subframe, cylinder, head, has about all the guards you can get. shock socks, olins shocks, looks great. he said he raced mx with it alittle. Took very good care of. Its a 97 model, do you think its worth it.
