  1. what happens if you keep ur shee compeletey stock You'll get made fun of or laughed at. No girls will want to ride on the back of your banshee either. i'd rather let the girls ride in front keeps my hands free
  2. there is no "us" around me just 4-strokes so for now im stock and still the fastest yeah really dont wanna get that "modification" bug just yet. have to get two more jobs first .
  3. i think he's talkin bout them rubber things that go on the bottom of canes and crutches
  4. wow miles per gallon, i was thinkin more like gallons per mile. but hey thats the price we pay for power Ed
  5. thats what i was thinkin. i had had some cam-2 left from my chevelle and used it for the hell of it, but i actually felt like i might of lost a couple horses. an expensive way to find out too at 5 buks a gallon
  6. in new york (so far) we dont have any difference in when and what year we can ride. my 03 i ride whenever but not much in winter cause of drastic temperature changes like 40 degrees to minus 25. but mines stock pipes and not noisy at all. as for differences in sound its like the crack of a 22 caliber (2stroke) and the boom of a shotgun (4-stroke) they're both loud if your 70 years old. damn tree huggers
  7. oooooowwwwwwwwwww thats GOTTA hurt!!! give me a tooth ache anyday
  8. if you see fit chicks, what would you do to impress them using your banshee i bring cake and cookies oh nevermind i thought you said FAT chiks
  9. just an idea but make sure the land really is his. go to the local clerk and ask for a copy of the property deed. im sayin this cause a guy neighboring a place we ride told the D.E.C. it was his and didnt want no bikes quads ect., on it, so we checked and it wasnt his. we contacted the local owner and asked him if we'd check and fix his farms barbed wire fence once a year or so if we could ride he said we coulda rode anyway as long as we kept er clean, but i already offered so ill be doin fence maintenance soon but thats cool. this also works great for hunting snowmobiling and fishing privelages. help out these guys with fence repair, snow plowing, mowing lawns ect., and youd be suprised who'll let you use their land. we've got access to at least 1300 acres within a mile for maybe two days work tops. sounds like a bargain to me. just my $.02 Ed
  10. that shit really does work on cars but i doubt youd find anyway to use it in a 2-stroke. i used it in my old chevelle out of curiousity and did compression testing before and after the lowest cylinder went up 8 lbs. the highest went up 21lbs. it works by having small (were talkin microns) copper particles that fill in scratches and imperfections in the cylinder wall. just my $.02 Ed
  11. yeah like one of the first post said check the choke tube, just hooked mine up (wasnt even there) and mine used to do the same thing fired on one cylinder at idle but soon as i throttled it it went away. was a bitch to start though but mines stock since you got pipes and larger jet might start easier for you. but i put it on and now it fires both at idle worth a try but dont listen too me im not perfect YET Never mind just realized you got a single carb!!! told ya i wasnt perfect
  12. thankks will try first thing tomorrow and get back to yous. Ed
  13. believe it or not could never get it started in mornin when cold always thought the choke didnt work so i carried a dawn detergent bottle filled wit premix and just gave it a little tiny shot and it fired right up always, then when warmed would always fire. as for compression tester i got one. whats stock reading? and can you get a good reading after its warmed by just the kick stater? thanks guys Ed
  14. yep just checked and its gone probably never been there. the picture helps a lot thanks guys. that must be why i had to kick the shit out of it to get it started and it liked to die when clutch was pulled in a lot if i didnt keep er reved up. think if its been off a while it leaned it good enough to screw something up? should i take the head off and have a look? if so were do i get new gasket and how much? thanks ahead of time Ed also no special tools needed right? just remove head and have a look? should i try and remove any carbon buildup why i got it off? as for oil yamalube 32/1 thanks again
  15. i go to everything there i live in whitney point like couple miles away it was cool always is
