When i did mine it took about the same amout of time but once i had it running on the street with the stock carbs and a 400 main and a 32.5 polit it ran its a-- off, but once i got it to the the dunes it didn't have any bottom end so i tryed a 370and a custom 470 jet i made and it was still lean on the top end in sixthgear so i played with it all weekend and still to lean no matter what i did so i am going with a bigger set of carbs maybe 30's or 34 mm carbs.But once i got going i was gone. Yeah when i put mine on i had the same problem. Then i adj my idle up a little and put a stock set of plugs back in it , i also set the time curve on #1 and it works get in the dunesnoever jetted up any other than when i put my t-6's on , i turned my idle about 1/2 turn or so.

well i already ordered weisco pistons though thanks any way and pimpe and my self are just clowning around and i dont have a monkey any ways!

the k 142 is a .060 over i just took a set out of my bike that i burned up and they measure 66.5 mm so the set you got r .060 over plus you can look up the part number on the top of the piston or just measure it with digital calipers. the number on the top of mine is 513m06600.

Just order the kit myself hoping to make a good improvment i order a flexable attachment for my dremel tool hoping its works will keep u guys posted hopefullly it works good,( Siezed-up) what size jets did you start with? was thinking of starting with a 330 or 340 and a 30 poilt jet, i will have a 80 over bore and noss cool head with 18cc domes and t-6's and will be running 107 or better fuel. just let me know thanks (BBIII)

Iasked don @ little sahara web site and he said no demon dash this year.From don himself! (We are not planning a Demon Dash this year due to the lack of interest last year. However the dragstrip will be open for test and tune the weekend of fall break. Happy Riding, Don)

im boreing my shee to 80 over who's pistons r the best to put in? Iheard vito's but then i heard weisco are good as well. What do ypu all think?
