  4. This. I've never gotten a bike that someone has mentioned changing it. I've had cores rattle from being completely gone. But never a bike that has had freshly packed silencers.
  5. Still check your exhaust packing. If it's all soaked and gross who knows what it'll burn up. I believe it's supposed to be changed like every 10 hours
  6. Coolant burns white. Oil white/ blue. Go to auto zone or similar and you can rent a coolant system tester. Just screw on cap and pump. See if pressure drops

  11. Are you just looking at stuff or actually testing. I'd say at this point you need a meter and at least check for continuity from cdi plug to everywhere else. We can get into the values later. But if you have an OL anywhere you need to see why.
  12. Well if they have the OD listed that's all you need
  13. I lent out the other half. So I don't know what size. But I'm sure there's a really good diagram of the carb that list all its measurments. I believe it may be on sudcos website Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk

  15. I want the hand guards. If who ever bought them wants to sell them let me know.
  16. Take the retainer and cut a groove at an angle with the finest cut off wheel. I use a dremel. Sometimes I'll do 2 or 3. You basically make it into a tap. It will usually chase the threads threads as long as there not destroyed. Go in a bit and back off and keep doing that to clean everything out. Use plenty of lube too.
  17. well I was going to tell you how I fixed about 3 of them but you can figure it out now on you're own.
