That and the difference in how far they are from the out side of the cylinder. I can't draw on pics like that but just a little down and in towards the center, they appear way different
Call them asap, let them know what your issue is. Maybe they had a bad batch of studs misaligned.
In the mean time, try another head. If a different head does the same then you know it's the cylinders.
If the other head is fine, you get where I'm going.
Duncan doesn't build fast bikes. Also there not up to date on the newer 2 stroke stuff. They kept up with the mx scene and transitioned to 4 strokes. When I spoke to duncan not to long ago, he seemed to not believe that people are getting 80hp and 50ft/lbs tq out of stock cylinders.
There are other builders doing crazy things with these bikes. If you want a dune bike, talk to dune riders and see who they go with. Duncan is more mx oriented. So they use low power low rpm tq. Great for the track and technical stuff. Will not be fun in the dunes.
I'd take it back to the shop. You paid for it to be right. It's not.
Why wouldn't you call them and tell them you're coming back because the bike runs like shit.
I know most don't deal with banshees but at least get a partial refund if it doesn't run right. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with it.
pull plugs pipes intakes reeds and kick it over a few times then let it sit. Gas evaporates pretty quick. But I'd leave it a few days if the bike is indoors. You know it'll all be gone by then. Is it holding you up in anyway while it's down?
